Oh my thank you so much! The last ticket number was 130915-001121
We have been checking trash, inbox etc and never found the email, even checked to see if he accidentally blocked it but he hadn’t
As we received responses we would reply stating the suggestion did not or wouldn’t work. But still the tickets were closed.
My son has been trying for over a month now to be able to log into his account. The issue is his account has the authentication thing turned on but it NEVER sends the authentication email. The ticket responses he received were such idiotic things as “log in to the website and change your email as the email you using does experience issues” well duh if he could log in then he could change the email, if you don’t receive the authentication email how the “bleep” can you log in?
So is there a complaints department? Because as a software/computer technician response like this give your support team a bad rep (assuming these are auto response and no one is actually reading them)
FYI we have logged a few tickets as the support team keeps closing them. the second last and last just disappeared can not view them for updates I am assuming they got closed as well.
So where can I get my complaint logged?
Just to make one thing clear it does state at the bottom of the “Mad King” information page that:
- All times and dates are shown in US Pacific Time (UTC-7:00)
It states at the top the date for release is Oct 22, 2012 with no time specified, so technically they have until midnight PST which is unfortunate for the rest of us
Sadly it is now past 10pm CST and I have to be up at 4:30 am for work so no more checking tonight for me. I understand sometimes things happen and there are glitches or whatever but to let people know a rough estimate on how many more hours would be nice or that their would be a delay would be nice.
