I know WvW is about armies, but I got a message for the one lone human Warrior (red team) on Gate of Madness borderlands, Sunday night around 12am PST that faced off against me, a lone charr Warrior (green team) about 5 times (once the rest of your team got bored blowing their offensive cooldowns on a naked charr):
I had only my rifle and a wicked manly loincloth. I showed you how easily one could evade your bow (and that you should watch your aim when your target is dragging multiple moas behind him;) And you showed me respect, after killing me for the 5th time, when I returned yet again to /bow by bowing to me as well- and giving me the opening strike.
The sparing that followed in that last fight was fun, honorable, and so refreshing after a night of playing “find the zergfest” and pointless map chat about ramen, bowel movements, and girlfriends.
You represented your team and defended your territory regardless of the absurdity of my attempts. And for that, and for the fun, I salute you.
Feros Killshot
Maximum damage comes from a combination of conditions and power. Pure conditions is a self imposed nerf.
I think Nemesis meant condition damage when he says “…while doing maximum damage”- it maximizes the potential for condition damage while providing party support and passive healing.
Oh, he knows about the condition-power hybrid. He posted “The ultimate necromancer dmg-hybrid(tutorial)”.

Thanks very much for the explanation:) Switched from Spite II and voila, the tooltip returns!
No longer removes boons, but now states “inflicts vulnerability on your foe”, which it actually does not do (at least mine does not). I couldn’t find any mention of this change as a patch note or a bug. Any one know what’s going on here?
