6. Stuck after Phase Retreat/Blink. DEV: “Fixed some now, will fix some later.”

• General game bugs which cause you to teleport inside a wall/rock mesh gets extremely annoying when running a mesmer. (Using staff in Caudecus Manor was a PAIN.)
• Sometimes gets you permanently locked in place.

This one annoys the Hell out of me in spvp/tpvp…
It is so gamebreaking.
Today it happened around 20 times to me that I got locked on the spot Phase Retreat ported me or that I got bugged into some texture and couldn´t get out. Someone told me to do an emote to get out of that lock/stuck, but I honestly don´t have the time to do an emote during a fight in spvp.

After more than 4 month and kitten got done about it. A-Net pls do something about it, I consider stop playing my mesmer in pvp until this got fixed!

Bug #1 Rare-Reproducible?: -Tequatl spawns a bonewall as soon as the Megalaser fires and stuns him. This effectively kills 5-10 seconds of potential dps. It seems pretty consistent/reproducible. Ive noticed it happens when the previous DPS stun phase happens so quickly that Tequatl instantly phases back to the Battery Defence stage from ‘stunned’. When this defence is over, its as if the ‘Hardened Scales’ counter kept increasing invisibly all through the defence stage and comes into effect on the next stun.

Bug #3 Rare: – Fish-heads spawn at the first %75 Battery Defence phase and nuke the Megalaser to about %10hp. In about 60-70 spawns I have only encountered this bug twice. As you can imagine, it is highly frustrating and basically kills the event dead in its tracks.

Experienced those 2 yesterday. The Fishhead Bug is really really annoying since it didn´t even gave us any chance to defend the megalaser, I think it exploded not even 5 seconds after first Megalaser Phase started

I want to play Guild Wars 2, not Where’s Waldo everytime a kittening ranger and his stupid cat together with their happy tree friends are having a party with necro minions, mesmer clones, and engie turrets. Try to picture that one happening inside the Skyhammer room.

I have to say I´m really embarrassed by what some of my fellows from RoS are dropping here…

This is an really enjoyable Match up, RoF brought some really hard fights and kitten you sneaky WSR!
I mean yes we are lacking some Guilds in atm since many are taking a break from wvw. Maybe we would have dominated when all those Guilds and people weren´t taking a break… But who knows since its not the case, so if we could pls stop that.

And to that Asuran Mesmer from [War]: stop punching little Norn Warriors

If there is any server lacking guilds, it’s WSR. We have TEO and WBC, sometimes WAR and TSO. Sometimes.

And first of all, we don’t try to be sneaky. We just want to fight, if possible on open field without siege. (Instead of an AC Festival) But since this rarely happens, we go search for fights. We cap things to draw attention and getting our fights that way.

We don’t do much golem rushes and major attacks, because it will become a siege war, and that isn’t enjoyable.

And if we are so annoying to you, and think we are sneaky little kittens, then just blob us again, like the old days. We’d be happy to get more loot.

Well, Aisi and Feras were chatting the other night whilst Praxium were running round EB. Feras had stopped in exactly the wrong place to answer one message and the entire Praxium group steamrollered over him before we really knew who it was.. (oops!)

Aisi would never let us /sit though. She gets very annoyed by that sort of thing. We did make one exception a few matches back for some guy with the guid tag [SOFA] – everybody sat on him.. but what did he expect with that tag? ;-)

It’s funny how people completely ignore their own PVD. The reason you were ahead before we did our all nighter was the huge tick you had everyday that FRS and co gave you. Every evening we ticked highest at primetime despite having a large Dzag force in our bl every day. We were 5k behind when the crashes started. That stretched to 7k during the day and that’s when we hit you hard Thursday eve/night. We had one night of PvD compared to you having 7 days of it and yet we are the ones with bloated egos?

If it was so evenly matched then why are we not allowed to be proud of the guys who made the difference to turn the match in our favour when last time we faced you you put a 200k lead? Genuinely don’t understand your reasoning?

And if you look at the ppt history for last week you’ll see we were nearly always ticking ahead of RoS during primetime and at somepoints by a significant margin. It was acknowledged at the time that RoS weren’t strong enough at that time without VoTF and half of VcY to compete…

Ofc you can be proud to turned the match, its just the way some some people where doing it here on the Forum. And maybe you can understand that seeing comments like “maybe RoS doesn´t belong in this Tier” after we where unable to defend our border due to permanent crashes and only got 2. placed with 10k (don´t know how much it actually was) difference had a real bitter taste for us.

One might wonder as to how exactly you would know that, unless you admit you have contacts with enemy servers too (which is fine, by me). But tbh I don’t really care.

Someone from dzag mentioned it last monday (?) on the german boards and it was seen by Gunnars who read those. It was then later c’d by other dzag in the last thread.

The guy from Dz said that their commander said in Teamspeak that he gonne whisper the commander from RiOT and not that the RiOT commander was on Dz Teamspeak.

You may well be right – my German is not very good.

However the way I heard it was that RiOT were in Dzag TS after a GvG with HON guild (I think that’s the right one) and while outmanned in their own borderland struck a deal with them to PvD and split our empty one down the middle.

Tbph it doesn’t even bother me, nor does this particular focusing and I think think that’s a sentiment shared by alot of GH. That’s why we didn’t bother bringing it up in the match thread despite having heard it 4 days before it came up. I just found it quite funny after the QQ about a supposed alliance we had with Dz that same day from certain RoS.

Well I don´t know what was going on there, I only read that german Thread.

After certain RoS player started QQing about an Dz – GH alliance, Feras asked here in forum to stop it and several other people also asked on our website to stop that QQ.
I guess there always gonne be people QQing about alliances and getting focused. I just don´t like when speculations getting called a fact and when 1 Guild “is the whole server”.

RiOT is one Guild from RoS, and even if they would have had an alliance with Dz or a certain Dz commander (where none of us yet know if its true or not), it doesn´t mean that RoS and Dz would have had an alliance.

We also already focused on Dz but the fact that people like you crying and screaming here in Forum about alliances and getting focused just makes it more enjoyable to focus GH.

About the German Thread, I read that one too and actually the Guy there wasn´t saying that we have an alliance, he was saying that one of the Dz commanders prefered to attacked GH over RoS because he knows some Guys from RiOT and likes em. And also the Guy which actually wrote it from Dz was ashamed of that commander. And yes the choice wasn´t fair.

And the point about RiOT commander visiting Dz ts doesn´t say anything about an alliance. I have friends on RoF and GH too which play alot wvw and are commanders on their server and when I like to talk to them I do so but that doesn´t mean we are building an alliance.

Tourism? But there is very often not many on your map! We did check with small group of people on days before. Was a boring situation, especially for tourists.

So yesterday we tried to make it more attractive with our guild (eventually some other RoF joined in) to make some holes in you bay outer walls. It seriously would make it more attractive for tourists.

Unfortunately our tourist program not realy being accepted by the locals. We tried.

You best improve tourism on your map. Keep an eye out for the people in charge of your tourism department!
