Here is what I wrote in my ticket:

“Hello! I decided to purchase the “Character Slot Expansion” upgrade for my account. Initially only having 400 gems, I purchased the 800 gems with my debit card to afford the purchase. When I purchased the upgrade, I noticed “Click to Confirm” did not seem to work. After many clicks, it finally went through, followed by a few error messages stating a “Network Connection” error. I noticed the amount of gems I had turned red and went from 1,200 to 400, as it should. However, I noticed my “Recent Purchases” list emptied, saying I had “no purchase history” when I in fact do (I purchased the Celebration Hat and Digital Deluxe Upgrade.) I logged out to see if my expansion applied, but it was not there. I restarted the game and still no avail; however, my Recent Purchases list went back to normal. I’m afraid I will not get the character expansion like I paid for."

While I was able to buy gems, I purchased the Character Slot Expansion upgrade and did not receive it!

Posting to bump the topic up. I really do hope they fix this soon! It seems so disappointing to look at the skill while leveling, but not be able to use it. I read all of the “State of the Game” notes but this wasn’t mentioned in any of them so far.

I’m adding my name to the list, as well. I received everything in the Digital Deluxe upgrade, yet I cannot access the Mistfire Wolf skill, despite being able to access all my other elite abilities. I hope there is a fix soon!
