It’s is kind of confusing since there are cast time and also channeling time.
I have being searching around to see if any topic related to this but so far no luck
I start to noticing this since some of the spell have no cast time indicated on tool tip but have animation when I use it(dagger:updraft, aura, ride the lighting..etc) while other skill have cast time=channeling time+time the skill actually start to damage(drake breath, cone of cold.churning earth….etc) And even the skill that have cast time indicate on tool tip sometimes the number doesn’t reflect to actual time when I cast the spell?
Does anyone have better idea how the actual cast time is calculated(actual time= start to finish of the spell so the next spell can be cast)? and for those skill that doesn’t have cast time on tool tip but do have animation how do I figure out the actual cast time? Are there any table that have more detailed information of all cast time/channeling time so I don’t need to pull out my stop watch and test every single one of them?
The greatsword got buffed, great, but compare to sword+torch. IMO I will still prefer sword. Sword have bigger key 1 aoe radius(400 ) 2 and 3 for dodge skill, faster attacking speed and advantage of one extra sigil on offhand. GS aoe key 1 is small and 2 have aoe but have to wait for CD ..3 yes you can approaching foes faster but why not just use torch 4 throw it so you can burn foe before you even get there. …So the main advantage is only the key 1 chain dodge and 4 counter and 5 stun. Sound like a weapon bad for aoe but good for boss fight. Well most boss immune to stun, and 1and 4 dodge can easily replace by sword 23 …And let me remind you again the advantage of fast attacking speed, faster attacking equal higher porc chance of combo(regen protection all the good stuff and no CD limit) and I also notice every melee hit will kind of stun and slow down moving/casting of your target(in the end you survive better that way) !!! So in term of aoe, boss fight, survival, think sword is still a better choice(although sometime that sword auto chain throw me to some no man’s land ><)
Not sure if this is a bug/ or maybe just that I am not lucky enough to see it proc
The other day I was testing
5% chance to gain health when hit (Cooldown: 10s) that come with superior rune of the monk
At first I was just want to see how much it heal but it just never trigger the healing( being hit like 50+ time
Does anyone ever see this passive skill kick in and heal? and how much do you see it heal?
