Exactly this! Why don’t all class autos trigger it? Is there even a reason at all?
I was so disappointed after crafting it exactly for this reason, and finding out it only triggers on skill 3 on my ranger, and thats the only class I’m ever playing underwater…
I hope arenanet sees this and “fixes” it.

When anet said they were going to change the flamekissed skin something was said that you would be able to get a refund if the new skin was not to your liking. Is this something that is actually possible? And if so, how?
