Crashing is usually a hardware fault.

Maybe, but this is an acknowledged fault but there has been no further information for weeks. Plus if it actually were a hardware fault I wouldn’t be complaining that it wasn’t working.

I cannot enjoy this game without having frequent crashing. I cannot understand that for a game that has been out for a month that this issue is still a major one for a lot of players yet nothing has been done to rectify it.

I’m not posting my specs or anything like that (you have a kitten load of my crash reports sent to you)

Just please make it very clear as to what you are actually doing to make this game playable for more than half of your customers.

I have the exact same issue and I’m at my wits end. Seriously 2 weeks and no futher update to a problem that is affecting half your customer base. Ridiculous
