Right now, the only way for me as a guild leader to relay any message to my guild in game is via the message of the day, and im trying my best to not force my members to have to view a website everyday. Right now, i have to use my message of the day as either A ) where I post the website link or B ) where i post the ventrilo info or rules and such. It would be nice if I could just get another tab in game where i could write down info for my guild that is a bit more static so i can actually use the message of the day for the latest events going on. I dont think it would be that hard to include really.
anyone else having this issue?
Well, there will eventually be guild halls and whatever comes along with it to spend points on. I do agree with you though right now there isnt many substantial things to buy with the points, most of them are temporary buffs or banners.
I may have a guild for you if your willing to switch to stormbluff isle, ill see if i can find you in game and talk to you about it there =)
edit: or if you want you can PM me your ventrilo info and i can talk to you in there

Ill just go ahead and whisper you in game instead
Are you willing to switch servers? If so, I may have this “fun” guild your looking for ; )
added you in game, will talk to you next time i see you on =)
Hey Xander,
Not sure if you guys are looking to transfer servers or not, but it sounds like you guys may be a good fit for my guild on stormbluff isle. I just posted about it earlier today here : https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/guilds/guilds/Veracity-Vera-Stormbluff-Isle-PvX/first#post74078
The only problem is that we have about 50 people which sounds to be a bit larger than what your looking for.
Guild Name: Veracity [Vera]
Guild Age: 8 Years
Server: Stormbluff Isle
Guild Type: PvX
Languages: English
Timezone: PST
Guild Website: veracityguild.net (never used – read why below)
Guild Alliance: stormbluffisle.com
About Us:
About 8 years ago, the core group of Veracity all met each other in Call of Duty 1, and have since played just about every major PC launch title together ever since. We have since met some very awesome people along the way and for guild wars 2 we figured, “hey, lets just get everyone back together for an MMO”.
Since we are this large group of close friends you will find our website to be, well, basically nonexsistent. We just have no need for it and are too busy playing the game! Most of our communication is done through ventrilo, and while it is not required, it is greatly greatly encouraged. The way we run business is simple: what you put into the guild is what you get out of it. If you choose to only represent us part of the time, not use ventrilo, not partake in guild chat that often or look for guild members for dungeon runs, that is all fine, just dont expect us to pick you first for anything either .
Most of us are in our 20s, but anyone over 18 is allowed in as long as they can put up with the nonsense/language/terrible puns that happen quite often in our ventrilo. Most of us are now level 80, so the higher the level your character is the better, but we wont push out an awesome person just because they are only level 20. Also if you got friends you want to bring along, we are more than happy to accept them. A friend of a guildie is a friend of ours.
Guild ranks? Nope. I have a few officers to help me with adding guild upgrades and such, but otherwise everyone else is just a member. We are a close nit community, so there is no need for seperating our members.
As of this posting (September 12th 2012), our main focus is getting our exotic gear from dungeon runs, however soon our focus will shift over to WvW (actually will probably do both at the same time). We do not really follow any main structured schedule for our activities. Basically someone suggests doing something, and we all go do it, simple as that. We currently have the 50 slot guild bank with the treasure trove unlocking at the end of this week, as well as the guild weapon and armor vendors.
Best method of contact would be talking to me in game by messaging Silvers or any Vera member you may see in game, or talk to me on steam @ http://steamcommunity.com/id/wojo5/
