I’ve looked around my account settings on the website and they’re extremely sparse, with no option to change email anywhere. Is it something that you can’t change once your account’s been created?

It’s locked and says that I need to purchase it, despite having told me it had been unlocked.
Not sure if this is the proper location for this but I’m unsure where else to post this since it’s likely a bug. Despite having logged in during the two week period episode 2 was free, and having seen a popup stating that I had unlocked the episode, it’s now locked and unavailable for me. This is completely absurd, as I had logged in for the sole purpose of unlocking the episode so I could play through them at my own pace when I had the time.
Are the previous year’s rewards returning or not? I started playing the game immediately when the Halloween event from last year entered its final couple of days, and was unable to participate in it. Is there going to be any way for people who missed out on the title, back item, and shoes to get them this year?
Up until recently, I had not noticed the 15% tax the trading post places upon successful sales of items, due to selling a bunch of stuff at once and never noticing the difference in actual money gained versus the price I had listed it at. When I finally started selling some things individually, I began to notice that money was being taken off of my trading post sales and vanishing into the aether. Thankfully, my friend who had gotten me into Guild Wars 2 mentioned that there’s a 15% sales tax on the marketplace. This was news to me, as nowhere in the trading post UI does it say that 15% of your sales price is being taken. I understand the reasoning behind having the tax, as otherwise the currency’s value would drop like a rock, but having the only hint of it be “Projected Profit” is extremely vague. I had thought for the longest time that that box referred to the sales price minus the listing fee, and showed you the profit you would actually make if including that. Nowhere in game, unless it’s somewhere extremely vague and obscure, is this sales tax mentioned. Changing it from “Projected Profit” to something like “Projected profit after 15% sales tax” or “Projected profit after <amount being removed from sales price> sales tax” would clear up a lot of confusion.
tl;dr: Change “Projected Profit” text to “Projected profit after 15% sales tax” or “Projected profit after <amount being removed from sales price> sales tax” to make sales tax more obvious.
