No reward on tangled depths or verdant brink after getting 100% map completion

same thing affecting 3/4 characters 2 in lions arch one in cursed shore, I had to make a new character just to play the game

Same here I can log onto my toons but I cannot access my main.
Edit: I should mention my main is stuck in the lions arch loading screen.
