Blocking issue: The Hero Challenge found in the Canopy Over Noble Ledges – Pact Airship Wreckage – appears as incomplete on the world map / map completion, but appears as completed in the world. Additionally, when interacting with the Hero Point it is in a completed state, preventing me from receiving hero points from this challenge

Rather than +10% to stats, it only gives me +10 stats. So when you have a base Power of 916 at level 80 (completely naked), you will now have a whopping… 926 after receiving the buff. Magic Find does appear to be working correctly and I presume gold find does as well).

Additionally (and its probably a good thing that it is bugged the way it is because of the following), Victory Glow persists into sPvP and continues to apply the boosts… Imagine the community outrage if they all got +10% stats because of a PvE boost.
