Between 0-400 there is 10 char levs, you can get 15 by making all discoveries left over via boosters, food, guild buffs, my guildy went from lv1 to 15 like this. Just remember after your prof is 400 make all the discoveries left over and if u have used the great guides getting around there are heaps of left over discoveries. Even though you wont get any more craft points beyond 400 the xp from discoveries is still awesome.
I love the personal story quests, they are my personal challenge. I love seeing how far i can push the gap between my lev and the content. At my best i was doing story’s 14 levs above mine before i hit the wall. Please do not nerf them and if some find it to hard find a friend or 2. On my round of personal story atm on my engi first time was a thief and average a gap of 2 to 8 levs above me on my engi. You need to pay attention to the text in them because some only say go somewhere and do a certain task. If the text does not say kill any mobs DONT, just complete the task. It is very easy to get side tracked killing mobs when you dont need to, and these are the times you will wipe over and over because you dont need to kill the mobs always.
ya i find even when on flat ground no obstacles and target is not moving and in range that it still misses very often. Who said no magical projectile tracking??? roflamo have you not been channeled to death whilst going into stealth before? Regardless of hits and misses it really is fun to shout “Get over here” especially when it works on somone on a high wall in WvW hehe. An explanation from the dev’s would be nice on how Scorpian Wire is meant to work would be nice though hint hint :P
@Vhalantru well mate according to GW2 wiki you are not quite correct the Legendary Short Bow the Lover, http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/The_Lover, has totaly different stats to its legendary counterpart The Dreamer, http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/The_Dreamer
So they are not just skin differences at the moment at all. The amount of info on Legendary’s atm is sketchy at best and and certain sites, ie: GW2DB is using a lot of data from beta testing which is now incorrect. A confirmed compilation or guide is desperately needed at this point in time to save many people confusion.

But seriously wth? talk about DISSAPOINTMENT! 10 Minutes ago i was having one of the best story quests in 8 years then i pick up the reward and im sad and feeling dang well cheated not to mention the whole thing cost me silver in repairs instead of making some lol. R U TROLLING UR OWN COMMUNITY ANET? surely you were aware of this at release? lmfao. so dungeons actualy cost coin to run not make u coin and the final story reward is a big fat troll in the box. sad face sad face sad face lol boink!
