the support told me to revisit
1. chantry of secrets
2. all major cities, propably by portal in lions arch to save money
3. every single map
as i ported to black citadel i got the reward
so problem solved, might work for some of you too. but keep in mind that i already have every single heart, waypoint, poi, skillchallenge and vista. so its logicaly no solution if you miss some.
btw some hints for completion:
1. after completing all maps, i still had some vistas etc. left, and i wondered, where they might be, but i forgot all world vs. world maps.
2. if your counter tells you that you completed everything and you still miss some zones, for example ascalon 174/176, try http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Zone it helped me a lot: just open every single map, for example plains of ashford. now look after the zones who don´t have any vistas etc. for example “devourers mouth”. now compare the map of the wiki with your map of the zone to see if you explored the devourers mouth. worked fine, but its a bit of work, still better than walking around almost everywhere in vain.
