Hi their, I recently crafted Flameseeker Prophecies and sold it for 2700gold. I won’t have the time to play gw2 much because of school so I wanted to invest all of my gold. My first thought was a bunch of the Chaos and Ley Line weapon skins. I got 3 of the great swords and 3 of the staves for 70g each.
Then I was pondering what to do with the rest of my gold (about 2k). I decided to put orders in for the bank, trading post and hair Perma contracts. I came to the forums to seek advice. I won’t really play gw2 until the spring and I was wondering if these were expected to raise in price. I heard they were nerfingng Bl key farming. Are they removing these contracts from BL chests also? Is this a safe investment? And help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Hey, I run a human guardian. I’m looking for a white knight sort of look. I like my armor to match my weapons and i run meteorlogicus, jormags breath, some pink torch and spirit links focus.
So I would like my guy to sort of look like white knight with some pink/blue mixed in.
I could also try like the death warrior look but idk. Im open to suggestions.

Hello, I recently crafted Flameseeker Prophecies on my guard. About half way done the legendary(already bought chosen and gift of fsp) I relized that I didn’t really want the shield anymore. I rarely use shield on guard (cuz it sucks imo) and wanted a legendary that I’d actually use. I decided that I wanted meteorlogicus. Now, I just need some advice on how to switch fsp with meteorlogicus. I know that meteorlogicus is a few hundred gold more expensive than fsp on the TP. I also know that the listing fee will also screw me over. I was thinking of just selling FSP then buying meteorlogicus. Is there a better way then loosing some gold by selling fsp at like 2500 gold? Any tips would be appreciated, thx
Also I only have like 50k karma so selling fsp and buying meteorlogicus wouldnt really work
Yea was thinking about that but I only have 60k karma lol… And World comp was one of the worst parts of legendary for me so I sorta wana save it…

Just made mine today and was suprised that it had no additional aura, glow or footsteps. It does look pretty cool with jormags breath on my guard. I’m just hoping that maybe they will add a few graphical changes to the shield.
I want Necro to be better, really I do, but it just isn’t.
No one’s arguing that Necros are faster, just that they’re reasonably competitive.
They arent even close to be competetive with warrior dps… They were like 1-2min slower then 4 warriors.. We hit like 10k on the last ghastly claws hit in cof and warriors can hit like 20k in cof with hundred blades. We are out played by every class and there is no reason to have a necro in a dungeon…
Hello, I just made a lv 80 guardian alt. I have a thief and necro lv 80 also. I made a guardian to make a class that is a little better for dungeons. I dont want a dps build but more a build with average damage and that is tanky and get provide some good buffs. Thanks
Ok some people were thinking along the lines as I was that we are not helpful nor usefull… I do usually get the eyes rolling when I jump into a pug arah/ta/cof run or and dungeon for that matter. I guess Ill just powercraft a guardian since they seem the most useful nowadays. I still dont know what I should do with my 2 gifts…. Necro was fun for 11 months…
Hello, I have a level 80 necro and I was wondering if anyone else feels the same way I do about necromancers. I feel like we arent really needed in dungeons because we cant do zerker builds as well as warriors and thieves. We cant really do support as well as guardian. And when we go to our most common build condition we dont do that much damage and the bleed is always stacked. I also think we arent really needed in other big group events b/c of bleed stack and we get out dpsed by a couple other classes. So I was thinking of switching to main a guard b/c I love to run dungeons and I fell when ever I enter a group people dont really prefer necromancers. They prefer warriors guards and mesmers over us. I feel like necromancers dont really bring anything bring anything to the table. I made the gift of fortune and mastery and I was going to make incinerator (so I can have a legendary for condition build and zerker build) but Im thinking of switching my legendary, and my main class to something different, something more useful.
I also dont want to make a legendary for a class that is a roller coaster of buffs and nerfs.
Does anyone feel the same way?

I just got my precursor for the incinerator. It only took me like 50g and I have about 80g left over. I was looking at all the materials needed for it and just materials for all the gifts on about 700g. I was just wondering how people got 700g+ for legendaries. I run cof about 5 times a day and doing events in Orr doesnt get me that much gold.
Does anyone know any tricks to get gold? I have most of the other non gold stuff. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
I am already level 80 necromancer but going for world completion and only have 45% complete. I would love to go with you guys and complete lower level maps. I have completed all the norn maps but none of the other races maps. PM me ingame/forum if you want to do this
