I keep getting this error, even though my time and date are all correct. Please, can anyone help

I just send a report both in the game and on this web page. I hope they get this fixed

Has anyone gotten a response from arenanet about this? I sent the report yesterday and haven’t gotten word from them.

when is this gonna be fixed? ive jumped on the story like 4-5 times and the incinerator golem doesn’t pop up.
