I am going insane not being able to play .. ncsoft has given up trying to troubleshoot it as they ran out of ideas. I have checked everything .. even resorted to re-installing windows 7 64bit on a new hard drive and only installing GW2 (of course installed the latest video and MB chipset drivers) I had it running solid with no problems at all up until a couple weeks ago. Even humored ncsoft by removing one of my video cars and all my memory except for one stick.

Was there any solution to this? I tried the replace Gw2.exe with the renamed setup .. but that doesnt help me even once to get in .. still crash right after the User agreement now.
No GW2 for almost two weeks now for me Afraid my guild might turf me out.
Went through the whole troubleshooting with ncsoft tech support. Got to the point of new HD, fresh OS install, driver install and updates for MB and Graphics cards. removed one graphics card. removed all but one stick of memory. Exact same issue. Hard to believe both my nvidia 680 GTX are bad and that all 4 sticks of my RAM are bad. I have no problem playing any other graphic entensive games .. Witcher 2/WoW/ Eve Online.
I would be ok if GW2 crashed on me right out of the box .. but to have it start doing this after a couple months of very solid performance at max settings :P

I have not been able to get the game to start for over a week now due to crashing .. have tested memory .. replaced harddrive .. even re-installed OS / Drivers with nothing installed but GW2 and still the same error just after I hit play and accept the User Agreement. ncsoft has been trying to help .. but not much else we can try. GW2 was running very solid for at least a month up until the update last week,

Yup .. Ive been crashing since yesterday .. right at game startup .. I can login, but soon as I hit play I get a serious error has occured that prevents the program from continuing to run.
I have run -repair
I have re-installed GW2 (waste of time and net bandwidth)
updated video driver
removed the Guild Wars 2 directory under my Documents Library
Nothing new on my system at all (unless windows decided to update)
