I can’t give you a formula, but it is definitely based upon your vitality. This is apparent when using a weapon swap with vitality on it. When you swap to that weapon, your life force bar will go down, because the pool size is larger with the increased vitality.
It’s currently transferring one per bounce, with three bounces. Not sure which is supposed to be the correct functionality, but either the spell needs to change, or the tooltip does.
Sorry, not a bug, but there isn’t a specific place for suggestions. Would it be possible to get a dark theme for the forums? So much white is very painful on my eyes when the late evening rolls around.
