I find CM more annoying than hard. If AC is 1.5g than CM should be 1.5, I don’t really get the gold spread that they have. It doesn’t promote diversity. No one plays CoF p3… still 1g.

Honestly, this is a moot point. You’e adapted a measurement that works for you to measure performance of your game play time. It is more niche than anything… your casual to dedicated player doesn’t care about these measurements. The account wallet is extremely convenient on many levels and that out ways personal preference. That being said, if we could deposit gold in the bank like before that would be a way around it. I personally love having access to all my currencies, that way I can grind and farm on my main and buy stuff on my alt.

First off, you spent a lot of time writing that post.
Second, I totally agree with you I always hide the helmet because they are fugly. I also don’t really understand why medium armour is trash… seriously why am I wearing a skit all the time O_o
Overall, I can’t really complain, the Charr facial would be a animator nightmare to compensate for all the horn/facial setups. I love my Charr, but i’ll got helmetless to make him look more kitten.

1) Only the helmets that hide the horns are fugly. The others are just… meh. That isn’t a good thing, because I want my armor to pop. One of the heavy helmets looks like a baseball cap from the head-on view. WTF?
2) Medium wearers are stealth and/or skirmishers. Skirts, cloaks, long coats, and dusters all obscure the legs, waist, and lower body, making reading body language more difficult. In-game mechanics-wise, this isn’t a factor, but, aesthetically, this is why light warriors (traditionally medium armor in RPGs) wear such garb. There’s more places to hide stuff, too.

Personally, I don’t have a problem with the armors, except for the godawful tail problems. Heavy armor has a better solution to the tail hole than medium and light, though it’s not optimal.

I guess when I think of medium armor, I think of chain mail, some plate and thick leather (boiled, etc..) type gear. I guess I didn’t think that light armour is basically “cloth” armour which really isn’t armour lol.

I want my armour to pop as well, but Charr’s skull is not a helmet friendly gear to animate. I think most of the heavy armour that does work around the charr’s frame are pretty amazing though. If I find one that I like I will wear it, otherwise I will just make my face pretty for everyone to see haha
