Words cannot express how completely, totally, utterly frustrated I am that this is still not fixed. It has been well over a month now. This is ridiculous, and the lack of response is more than disheartening at this point.

I have this problem as well, and I am very disappointed by the lack of any response or acknowledgment from the devs. Support says it’s out of their hands, and I get it, but some indication that this is a genuine priority and will be fixed soon would go a long way to alleviate a lot of frustration. At this rate I’m worried it will never be resolved, and those of us that are bugged will never be able to finish the mastery tracks. I really hope a fix is in place soon, because it is deeply frustrating to spend hours trying to earn more points only to end up with nothing to show for it, and no ability to advance the mastery tracks. Please, please fix this soon. We worked really hard for those points, and it’s so saddening to be left in the dust.

I have this issue too and boy, is it frustrating. I’m so bummed this hasn’t been fixed yet. I tried doing the first Sylvari story and wasted two hours leveling because I still didn’t get the mastery point. I really hope this is fixed ASAP because I’m now capped out on Tyria XP without the mastery points I’m owed to hit the next track level.
