Hello community,

I recently bought the candy corn mine node for the home instance because the candy corn merchant sold some cool stuff. After the launch that moved services back to lion’s arch I can’t find him anywhere. I checked the fort Marriner area several times. I checked the fort where he was. I traveled all over lion’s arch checking each vendor and still couldn’t find him. Can someone tell me where he is, or when he is coming back?

Any help would be appreciated.

I keep looking at this thread thinking, “Surely this time I will see that the ticket system works.” I have a lot of respect for the anet team because this is a great game, but it’s kind of depressing to keep checking this thread and getting bad news every time. Maybe they should just lock this thread, so when we see there is a new post on this it will mean the post is definitely from anet.

Post festival of the winds I cannot find the candy corn merchant. I checked the marriner fort, but I couldn’t find him. Does anyone know where he is?

Okay, I might have a solution for you. In a completely unrelated event I ended up uninstalling office 2010. When I tried to install/run the game it worked. I have exited and entered the game several times now, and I have been able to run it after restarts and shutdowns. Weird, but it works.

This is the same error I am getting. I listed a bunch of info in my post called exception: c0000005. Check that out and see how much compares. I also have tried a bunch of stuff that I listed as possible fixes. who knows maybe one will work for you.

Solution: In a completely unrelated event I ended up uninstalling office 2010. When I tried to install/run the game it worked. I have exited and entered the game several times now, and I have been able to run it after restarts and shutdowns. Weird, but it works.

I am currently unable to play GW2. I click the executable and the launcher displays then crashes before the client loads.
A dialogue box pops up saying a serious error has occurred and whether I would like to send data to arenanet to help track the problem. After that I’m back at my desktop.

Various fixes I have tried:
run as administrator
disable firewall/security
disable all unnecessary services
disable all startup apps
run in compatibility mode
Modifying nvidia’s anti-aliasing for application controlled
disabling non necessary NVIDIA services
Uninstall and re-install
restart the machine
Double checked the driver is up to date.
running the executable with the -repair and -image arguments

Non of this has solved the problem.
