CTD inside the airship here as well, though I haven’t crashed at any other point. Really infuriating to go and revoke my fun permit like that.

Suggestion: More pants... less skirts.

Meh, I hate that this stuff happens, no matter the server. A couple of comments for what it’s worth. I’ve never seen this guild tag before, and of course anyone can buy a commander tag. It’s certainly not someone who normally drives a map. Also, the Soldier rank tells me this is not a regular WvW player.

Anyhoo, I hope it goes without saying that BG condemns this kind of garbage, but also can’t control everyone. My apologies nonetheless.

It ended up not being a serious problem, it was more amusing to me how they had the pin on and how erratic the flying looked. I tried to convey as much sarcasm as possible.

I fought a bunch of times with a BG commander this morning, busy trying to take out our siege over the course of an hour atop SMC. What skill tree has flight so I can even it out a bit?

Way to many warriors and guardians?

I wear Black/Gray because I’m in Vigil uniform. What of it?

Scarlet is an Engineer, not a Biologist. >_>

Crusader Armin found the Warmaster in a Priory camp, after a short hike up the ridge.

“Message, Sir. From Lion’s Arch. Marked ‘Urgent’.”

The Warmaster snatched the sealed letter away and quickly tore it open. After a
moment of reading he let out a long sigh.

“Armin, was it?” He asked. The Crusader nodded.

“Make sure to read all correspondence from Lion’s Arch from now on.”

He continued to read, becoming more and more agitated with every word.

“Stern?” “Gilled?!” “TWO-TERS?” “Why even write this garbage down? Oddly explicit, too.”

After reaching the end he looked back up. “Oh, is that why they sent this?”

For a moment he moved the letter toward the campfire, then held it out to Armin.

“Ignore it. Doubtless we’ll have to put it on file, though."

Armin presumed the Warmaster was scowling, but it was barely perceptible through his respirator.

“Are we sending anything in response, Sir?”

“Don’t they have a Lionguard? I was thinking the spores had finally been blown into the city!” He pointed a thumb over his shoulder back at the tower. “Nightmare tower or blasted theatrics! Choose. Just remember what organization you’re in.”

Will we ever get a story reset?

I happened to be one of the few whose story was bugged, skipping over to another storyline, shortly after release: http://imgur.com/a/6hUfV#1 Needless to say it was confusing!

Though it makes me a unique snowflake, I’d like the chance to redo it since the character is my first and the one I pretty much always play.

  • Discipline XI – Burst Mastery. Reduced damage increase from 10% to 7%.

I like this trait for Axe and Rifle and to be honest it’s fun doing tons of damage with it. They both have really obvious animations, easily avoided or blocked, and I wouldn’t want to see their damage fall by even 3% for the reason that another build was causing problems. Aren’t the changes to the burst skills themselves enough?

Also, thanks for posting rationale for the changes, it seems to keeps peoples heads cooler.

GW2 is missing a lot for me. I like exploring/tinkering with games and as Wheels said it’s much shallower than GW1.

We don’t have many skills to use in the first place and it becomes very clear which ones are simply better than the rest. Major traits are tiered, limited and at every 10 points, so there is no concept of fine tuning a build.

It never feels like exploring anything when a breadcrumb trail of POIs and Waypoints holds my hand through a zone. DEs mostly have no meaningful impact on a zone besides the major chains in Orr. Personal stories take a nosedive starting around levels 30-40.

Still enjoy GW2 nonetheless.
