Launcher stopped dowloading

As seen in the picture, the launcher is literally on the edge of ‘Playable’, and doesn’t progress further. I started downloading approx 24 hrs ago from this post and I have tried to restart the client a few times.
I have not purchased HoT, I live in QLD Australia and my internet is not the best but I feel that the issue lies somewhere else.
Any advice on what to do? Or just wait it out and hope it starts downloading again?

I got rid of the gpu and put in a GeForce GTX 570, and now everything works. Thanks for your help though, greatly appreciated!

I guess it is failing then, because now when I start my computer, after the Windows flag loading screen, its just all black. I can only use it in safe mode.
Is my only hope to purchase a new gpu?

AMD Radeon HD 6800 and AMD Catalyst Driver (14.12). Not sure if i should include some other information here since I do not know much about this stuff

So this began last night, all of a sudden after ~2 hour of playing, my screen went completely bananas and started to flip trough all the colours of the rainbow. With the use of Ctrl+Alt+Del i managed to close the game and the message “AMD Display Driver Crashed, but recovered”.
Started up the game and again and same thing happened. Restarted computer, same thing. Played a game of LoL but no issues there. This morning I quickly enabled windowed mode, and it seemed to be okay. But not really, now the display gets “pushed” so it splits. What could be the cause of this? How do i fix it?

Never had this issue ever before, and I would greatly appreciate some help! Attached pic to show what it looks like.

Clean out your mail. They won’t go through if your mail is full. 99.999% if the time this is the problem.

The mail-icon didnt show red so didnt know it was full, but this was indeed the case. Thanks!

Bought Kites of Fortune on the Gem Store. Transaction seems to have gone through because my gems gets drawn but I haven’t received any kites…
