I’ve been waiting and waiting and haven’t had any reaction yet. My ticket should be prioritized because it got hacked and banned for something I didn’t do. I do still have my account and imidiately changed my password after this happened.
I also read some where that they resolved the tickets to those which are made on 9/03. So why isn’t my ticket resolved which is made on 9/01
Hope you guys can help me, and I understand you work around the clock to resolve this for not only me but hundreds of people.
This probably will make you feel better. I filled an issue about my hacked account at 08/31/2012 8 am est. Until today, I am still unable to log in

I really hope Arenet can response this thread and tell us how to get refund including people that prepucharsed this game couple months ago in retail store(gamestop for example).

I would like to ask refund, I bought the game from gamestop. Does anyone know if how can do that(I prepuchased this couple months ago)? I contact with my local gamestop, they asked me to contact with arenet…………..

Same thing has happened to hundreds of us… maybe thousands. Not sure really. No warning. No email. Banned. And when you are banned – (in my case anyhow) we cannot see who logged in when because they created a “support” account to be able to communicate.
Savious is well within his rights to dispute the charges. I took a different route but have hopefully covered myself in case I never get an answer. It’s disappointing at best to purchase something and have to spend hours trying to figure out why you suddenly cannot use the game you spent a decent bit of money on and had waited to play.
Just wanted to throw some attempt at reason in here. Sav is upset and certainly not acting like a 5 year old. I can assure you the Better Business and Consumer Protection organizations would agree an ultimatum is reasonable. Sadly, I do not think in the current situation it will help him get answers any faster. Sometimes you just have to wait out the bad to get to the good. I hope Guild Wars 2 makes right by the players that had to go through this.
Agree, Unfortunately I prepurchased ce version on gamestop couple months ago. If there is a way to get my money back, i will do the same to ask for the refund. it has been 6 days, and is still not resolved.

My account was hacked, and they get my account back sunday( 08/02/2012), but I found that my account was also terminate permanent. I created the issue and replied the email. no response until today, but I received an copy & paste response from it(I provided all of the information already – 5 days ago!!!). wth. see following for the response the email.

p.s. Arenet, I bought my ce version from ebgame, I know i wasn’t able to get refund from ebgame. But since i wasn’t be able to play it all since I get the game at 08/28/2012, please let me know if I can get refund from you. I am willing to ship the box back if it is possible.
