Same problem here, by the latest update game crashes randomly, unplayable, please release a fix. I send like 6-7 crash reports in 4 days.

Hi, today i upgraded my account and i have TAB HERO BUG, i dont see attributes, cant change all gear or acces, etc. I created a topic on forum, sry if i mistake, BUT game is unplayable for me, without status seeing or else.

I reinstall the game, same result, same bug on new char creation. I tweak a bit in graphic option, no big help. My rig in unchanged from previous sessions of game.

Problem was solved in less than few hours, thanks support team.

Hi for all, im new on this game and not a native EG, so excuse my bad spelling.
I played for 1-2 weeks for free, no problems at all with graphics, then today i upgraded my account and surprise.

My hero tab is not all visible, also i cant use mouse to make changing in acces or else.

Also i reinstall the game and was little change to this bug.

My rig specs doesnt matter cause i use SAME pc to run the game from the beginning, same drivers, same all.

I send a email from ingame to SUPPORT team, bug ON even on new char creation.

I hide name and id for hero cause i dont know all rules for the game, so i play safe.
