Armor disappeared when I tried to equip it.

Please help…I had a set of full Valkyrie Draconic armor, but I was wearing my magic find set because I was farming, and here is what happened. I buy about 20 dyes in hopes that I get lucky, I spam click them to open them all really fast, My inventory is filled.. at this point something strange happened, I had two unidentified dyes left, so I used the dyes that I like so I could try it on my main armor set. After learning the dye, I try to unlock the two unidentified dyes to see what else I get, but it gave me a message “Inventory is full” error ankittenpt clearing up room, to no avail. So I figure “I’ll unlock them later, let me put this new black dye on my main awesome armor” so I double click on each piece to equip it… after I clicked on each piece, my warrior was naked, with no armor on at all. The magic find set was in my inventory but my main Exotic set was no where to be found. I tried re logging, and nothing.. Please help me, I don’t know what to do, I’m so..sad..

With over 2 million copies sold, and with the ability to buy and pay for gems with cash in game. I highly doubt they have a finance issues. I would suspect the issue being
“If we spend a million on costumer support, we would’ve only made 199million in profits!”
I find it extremely amusing how they still don’t think there is a problem yet.. Giving the same “advice” over and over again like we’re all mindless and can’t check the very simple things it offers. Funny thing is, I did all of that with in the first day, unknowingly, like most of you have I would assume. This is really disappointing how they don’t even think there is a a problem yet and we’re all just idiots.

“They must all just be idiots”
that’s how imagine people handling these cases are going about it.
I can’t even put to words how disappointed I am with these replies.

I’m really quite disappointed, this is my first brush with aNet costumer support… Really lacking and disappointing so far, tickets take forever and so hard to even reach anybody. Honestly I likely will seek a refund of gw2 if costumer support doesn’t get up to par.
Yesterday(9/19/2012) the black lion market was very buggy, it was up for a little while, I could browse items but could not buy any of them, every time I tried to buy something it would take about 10-20 seconds before saying “Sorry, your request could not be match” or something close to that, And I wouldn’t receive any of my items or lose any of my gold. So, I’m thinking no big deal, that’s fine, I’ll just wait for it to come up, And log off shortly afterwords with all my gold intact something like almost 21gold. This morning(9/20/2012) I wake up, log on and see that I only have 6 gold. This mean’s I likely wasn’t hacked and I’m guessing it eventually spent all the money I was trying to spend at the black lion market. I worked really hard for that gold and put in a lot of hours.. Please help.
