Maybe your internet connection dropped at the time… :T it happens

I successfully downloaded the game and all, logged in, clicked play but all I was left with was a temporary black screen and my cursor looked as if i was over a link the click on, flickered then closed. I checked my task manager a few times while attempting to do it over but it was all the same only the login page showed up and after I clicked play it would dissapear. What should I do T.T

I just downloaded the game yesterday and pressed play today but all i get is a temporary black screen, and no game. What is wrong?
