To be fair, OP is trying to prevent what could become an account issue if they did not question it ahead of time. Nothing wrong with using a little foresight to try and find an answer from someone not guessing about it.

Confirmed – every time I have attempted the dungeon this evening I have not seen a single condition apply on him.

Greetings fellow Tyrians,

I’m looking for some amiable allies with which to combine forces and achieve the unified goal of experiencing all the game has to offer and obtaining the sexiest lines of code we can find.

A little about the Internet me: I am a veteran of the original Guild Wars, beginning at launch. My MMO experience also includes four years of World of Warcraft and five years of EverQuest with several years each in high-end raiding and raid leadership mixed with some dabbling in PvP. In other words, I know my way around a dungeon. I currently play a mesmer in Guild Wars 2 and I’m leveling a warrior and elementalist.

This time around, I’m taking a laid-back approach to the MMO scene (something to do with careers and relationships, whatever that nonsense is). Here’s what I’m looking for in a guild:

Requirements:

• No more than 100 members. I don’t need another chat room to filter out with /m.
• A tight-knit guild where you’re a person and not a pixel. The people I enjoy playing with are the people I’d go out for drinks with afterwards – just like my non-digital friends.
• On a related note, a mature guild. I’m not going out for drinks with you if you have to bring your mom with to get in the bar.
• A guild with drama-free good humor and spirit. I deal with enough drama outside of Tyria – I don’t need it in my escape, too.
• A guild on the casual side of the spectrum, but with a shared philosophy of perpetual individual and group improvement. You don’t have to be the best but you should strive to be your best.
• A guild with no requirements of members to give time or resources. If life happens or I just don’t feel like logging in one night, I’m not going to play with you. Sorry – it’s not you, it’s me.
• A guild with a focus on PvE (dungeons, dynamic events, etc.) and WvW. A little PvP doesn’t hurt, either (just your feelings).

Preferences:

• A guild with a long history is a plus. A guild with a history in the original Guild Wars is a double plus.
• A guild with VoIP access. This won’t break the deal but it sure makes loving you a lot easier.

Additional Notes:

• I’m willing to transfer servers for the right guild, as long as the server still provides a rich and competitive WvW environment.
• I have one friend, currently playing a guardian and leveling a thief, who will be tagging along with me. If you have room for me in your guild, please also have room for another.
