Is anyone reading this thread who is able to do anything?

Hello,

My ticket number is 1434197, and it has been seven days since I got the initial automated reply.

I am trying to gain access to my old GW1 account. It is not linked to my GW2 account, and I do not know the names of any characters on it, and I do not know the password. I do know the serial number and the associated email address. That information is included in the original request or in the follow up reply I sent after getting the automated reply from you.

To satisfy the curious: It’s because I’m a bad person. I told someone I wouldn’t start playing til they got the game. Then I played anyway.

Sounds weird but in a while I’m going to want to completely wipe my account and play from a fresh start as though I’d never done anything at all in the game.

Will deleting all characters do it? Or are there achievements or bank items (or things like that) shared between characters which will remain? (As you can see, I haven’t played that much anyway.) If the latter, is there way to completely wipe even that stuff?
