It wasn’t my intention to hijack either (sorry mightbight hehe) but thought it better than adding another post to the forums when there’s one already with possibly the same problem as mine etc.
Thanks for taking the time to look into my query/crash logs though and I will give what you’ve suggested a try

I too have been having simmilar crashing/game freezing problems.
Have been playing since the Beta with (other than the ‘usual’ odd crash here & there until the Tequatl Rising content update.
Since then I can’t go into heavily populated areas and eve if I stay in PVE areas, then after 30-60mins I run into problems.
In either case, the game will suddenly crash to desktop prompting the ‘send ANet crash error report’ box to pop up and I allow it to send a report. Or some of either the npc or player character models will turn into solid colours – bright green/blue – but retain the model outline. Then screens like the Trading Post with just display a checker board patterne with the above bright colours. Then shortly after the game will freeze and so I have to re-start my PC as ctrl-alt-del etc wont work.
Until recently my graphics card was a 2yr old ATI card with last drivers being made for it in 2012 and so on the 11th Oct this yr, I thought I’d upgrade to a new card to see if that would sold the problems but no change.
I’m not very computer savy :$ but hope this ino helps:

And have atatched the last crash log dated 17th Oct.
