Any chance of getting an acknowledgement that this is being worked on?

I"m sure the game is a victim of it’s own success at this point; your network service just isn’t up to the task being demanded of it yet.

The lag is making the game un-fun and un-playable.

I started experiencing network lag issues right after Arenanet posted that “We’re increasing the world capacity as necessary to handle all the new players coming into the game”.

This would seem to be an obvious clue as to the root cause of the problem.

I received an update saying that “something about my purchases appeared fraudulent” but they were unlocking my account for 24 hours.

Personally I find it very insulting that I received a letter insinuating I was performing fraudulent transactions (especially as they can’t identify exactly “what” it was I did that caused the flagging- they may as well have stated "because the great and powerful Oz says so) instead of admitting that they have a problem with their internal security system that is flagging activity as fraudulent for no reason for thousands of their paying customers.

If I wrote a letter like that to customers I would be fired.

Unresolved ticket 120902-018068
On Friday my credit card fraud department put a hold on three attempted purchases I tried to make in the gem store. I contacted the fraud department and had that lifted. I have since tried repeatedly to buy gems but keep geting transaction failed messages. It appears you have a hold on my account preventing gem store purchases even though my credit card company is not blocking it now; I have called and verified with them twice that no transactions have been turned down since, the problem is with the gem store, not my credit card company at this point.
