god I hate sky hammer, not even because i die frequently it’s just such an annoying map piled with crap tons of randoms (most not knowing what to do) and plenty of buggy map area’s.
Have you ever been perma-stunned or “bodied” by a random pull from someone pulling you toward them (on those glass droppers) and cant move or do anything? I have multiple times and people abuse it (not many know it yet though).
To be fair there were almost no condi builds in the tol finals.
Please stop bringing that up. GW2 “competitive” is almost non existent and to bring that one (the only one afaik) tourney up to these kind of discussions is irrelevant and pointless.
You said exactly what I came to say. Not to mention GW2 Competitive is a joke right now for real PvP’ers. They have plenty of missing content, as well kitten missing mechanics to make the pvp in this game competitive. (excluding WvW, but it’s WvW lol who cares) it’s just a zerg a-thon with more people.

Is there a huge reason behind the massive ticket wait times currently?
PVP- is by far not dead. Both ****, and people in a sense are ruining SPVP currently. Though this happens in every! and I mean every PVP game. People always will go with the new “OP BUILD” it’s impossible to actually avoid it. Yes I am almost 100000% sure condition will be getting the well deserved nerf it needs right now.. but complaining about a bunker build is kittened. Yes, they are a pain in the rear but they are, and have been a staple of the game because of the game-types available. They are trading everything in their momma’s purse just to hold a specific point for longer(game-type durr). Bunker’s can easily be beaten, btw if you play smart. I’ve seen bunkers get shred very easily.
