Last time I can really think of playing was 2013

Then I had to go through quite a few steps and the mailing system to unlock my account. I was also told there is a once in a life time account rollback that could be possibly activated

It was deactived yes

Played from Beta to year 1 got plenty of gems / marketplace items and apparently during the time that I quit playing and restarted all of my items and characters are gone but one! Customer Support says they can’t look back that far but my guild is telling me that isn’t the case. Anyone want to add to this? :O – http://www.twitch.tv/sterling_silver/c/2559858

Also the guild is not a requirement but makes for easy group if interested in PvE as well during regular day hours.
