Yes, my friend has received the ‘Thank you for submitting your request’ mail. However, it has been a couple of days now without any updates on the matter.
We both are fairly disappointed with the service so far, since it seems to us, that we are getting ignored by the support team.
I am writing you this on behalf of a friend, who contacted the support team yesterday. After a break of nearly two years, he tried to play Gw2, again.
However, his account seems to be locked because of illegal activities (which is impossible since he hasn’t played at all) + he cannot remember his character name and password, which in return makes it impossible for him to reactivate the account.
I am writing you this, because he has not heard anything back from the support team.

Same issue as mentioned by other posters. All I’m getting when trying to purchase gems is a blank page, or the option to redeem a code.
I still can’t figure out how to get the “Thief Steal” achievement and nothing seems to work. Even creating a new one would not award me with the hint.
