I just wanted to say that my GF had this very same issue, and that there were no quest mark visible until she terminated the game and logged in again.
We ran around the whole island twice, trying to find out where to go…
Devs might want to check on that
Without the quest marker plus the info that tells to join the strike team on the island, it’s pretty hard to understand that you should actually visit the ship’s hold.
