oh man its been some time since my first post, but boy did I get lucky to get a nearly dead server. This was a 20 run with an almost perfect situation ( was mostly waiting for presents to respawn). the only odd thing is that I too only had like 9 seconds

like really I have seen this kitten running a muck in the JP i’ve done the kitten achievement near 80 times, and it’s only getting worse with the bots. the worst part is when the botters themselves try to make you out to be the villain by pointing out other botters to only moments later start their bot program in the same game. I have a video out for this nonsense on youtube you can search “Gift Bots” and im sure you’ll find it easily (kinda bad quality). I intend to further my cause into pointing out these bots, and reporting them to:

Winter sucks in Gw2 this year… They didn’t re-vamp LA, and just done the left wing of DR as a “make do” section…. That’s so lazy… Bet it’s cause they are focussing on HOT instead… Very disappointed with Wintersday this year.

why two posts? I understand you are angry, but no need to make it so apparent. Also yes I believe Wintersday could’ve been focused on a bit more, but it still is fine the way it is. at least there are no invisible boulders anymore.

side note it is possible to get to 18 in a full game XD me and a friend were competing.

I don’t think the puzzle is counted as being ‘won’ until you loot the chest.
I know it did not advance my achievement of my 3 needed until I looted the chest.
As your screenshot shows you didn’t loot the chest yet, your 18 may actually be 19!
Worth looking into as your record may be 1 higher than you think it is.

I know what you mean as far as the achievement progress records you runs, but when scoring for the board it records how many times you ported into that area with the chest.

Although I did mess up one run really badly, during that 18 run. Meaning I could’ve gotten to 19 if i didn’t kitten that one run.

fersure people, I thought this would be a small overlooked post. in any case thanks guys for the responses, and yes those invisible boulders are quite annoying. However when i got the 18 NOT one boulder was invisible which was amazing then there was no invisible snowflake platforms.

I must admit the winners are a bit too cute, even the sword in the dragon head. I hope these are not the only emblems Arena Net are adding but are making some themselves to go with HoT.

I have to admit, it never hit me to think that they might be adding some themselves. Here is hoping they do and that the winners are just a select few of many they are adding… one can hope at least… or many of us, so it seems lol.

all right, from what I’ve been reading, is that a simple sun and moon icon or wheel could be implemented into the game for a better experience of immersion. Not only could it better immerse the player, but better inform the player to actually take out another set of weaponry to deal an additional 10% damage to enemies .

yea, i could see this being helpful considering i have a second set of night weapons, and for those out there that seek to be better in the gw2 community as well.

something as simple as the clock hud on majora’s mask could do as well but smaller and sleek.

I know there are a lot of people who don’t seem to know what a home instance even is. simply placing a house icon in each city and when in said city just put the icon where the portal is.

Personally I like this idea a sort of achievements page for daily completion of dungeons/ world bosses. I’m no coding prodigy, but i think they can copy paste their daily system for that checklist and separate it between world bosses and dungeons. Heck they have specific world bosses as a daily now.

I would love to see this in daylight of even discussed between the devs.

Yea, I could see this working out. I like what bunnikk said to have a place to literally call home you know like a house that is actually yours. like a guild hall but for you only and with like future expansions add like a ranch for your minis to wander in, a shop to make your own weaponry, a cave to mine exquisite metals, and lastly a field to harvest wood and vegetables. all this would revolve around a house that of which you can decorate to your liking for example adding artwork to the walls or mannequins to wear your favorite armor and weapons. the house would then be decorated with past glories of action. I like the idea of adding a ranch or something to the home instance, but like bunnikk said I think they need to personalize it more and claim land for your character. because as of now your character has no home he/she is a dragon slaying bum/hobo

I was thinking what other thing can they implement in the world of fractals other than the ones that already exists.

What if they were able to implements hordes of SAB enemies for us to fend off and this time not with a stick. or if they want to add a twist make us into a sprite attacking human npcs. either way this would be a way to implement a new fractal and you would still be able to get the rare skins and other stuff. i just think adding a fractal sab would be pretty cool.

I do my daily Super Adventure Box get 500 baubles and leave and redo it again however when I redo it again my camera is zoomed out and i can see things not meant to be seen my question however is.

That isn’t the case I know that it is completely possible to obtain a precursor without any sort of exploitation, I played the game and obtained the gold from orichalcum farming everyday, selling orichalcum items (exotic) and from there i was able to get dawn if you do not believe me i have the video of my success PLZ NOTE the video is three members trying to obtain dawn the first tried about 500 greatswords, the second tried 50 greatswords, and I tried 400 greatswords

i did this by getting enough gold to buy the mats required to make level 80 rares it ends up cheaper to make em then it is to just buy them from the tp, plus if your not lucky you can still sell the exotics you obtained and make about 80%- 90% back for more chances to go mystic forge

Scavenger thing is just a blatant mess up waiting to happen.
