Guild Wars 2

Seems the problem lies with Lion’s Arch – after not being able to access anything guild-related, moving to Rata Sum worked. Moving back to Lion’s Arch broke it all again.

This has happened after the last 2 patches:
world: Far Shiverpeaks
guild: Secptical[ORLY]
Cannot access guild bank (NPC says it only helps guilds)
Relogging didnt work, standing down resulted in not being able to represent again.
edit: on Character: Ping Fori, other characters could access bank.
edit2: reading the above posts, I moved Ping to Rata Sum, (from Lion’s Arch) there she could represent the guild again.
