When you reach 400, you can buy recipes for exotic insignias at the vendor, and make yourself an exotic level armor set (with a new skin) This requires ectoplasm though, so it’s quite expensive and a long time goal.

I think there are possibilities of making money, but you need to play the trading post and craft the right items at the right time, and I’m not the right person to answer how

They can still be identified to random dyes, I don’t think there’s any change there.

Yes, discovery is the very best way of leveling your crafting. As you level crafting the gear level and power will go up too
You usually never need to buy recipes until you want to max your craft (get to lvl 400). All the normal recipes you might need are discovered in discovery tab or just learned autmatically

My engineer in her leveling gear (only lvl 45ish yet). Really happy with the look on her though, might keep this skin

The old RSS feed seems broken, or just horribly outdated. When I try to add a new one, that’s outdated too.

And adding any rss from the forums is a “hit and miss”, mostly it will say that feed doesn’t exist, sometimes it will be added.

It’s true, it’s a great money sink that Anet probably won’t pass up on, I just hope they include glow and not just hair and hair color.

I made a terrible mistake with my main, my precious sylvari ranger. At char creation I thought I paid attetion to every detail, but I had no idea sylvaris glowed in the dark, so I totally missed switching the light and checking how the glow looked.

I totally missed the glow existed, because nothing happened when I changed color or intensity (in daylight)… Which now results in a GLARING red glow at the tips of her hair and inside her :( The glow on her body is fine, really, I could live with that. But the glaring red tips look like the standard “not dyed” color from GW1, it’s disgusting and making me so sad. :( (see attached pic)

Do you think there is any chance we will be able to change glow color through buying appearance changes in the gem store later? I’m totally ready to pay money for it.. I think this is a big oversight in the char creation on Anets part, but I won’t blame them for me not paying attention.
