Not a big boost, but I tend to always do the little jumping puzzle in Malchors leap that have the scavaging boxes on the path. you tend to get T5-T6 mats or some cooking stuff from them, and I suprisingly often get 2 T6 bloods or some other T6 from them (run it daily with all my alts). Might be a relaxing 5 minutes away from the standard farm, and you get a jumping puzzle chest at the end.

you can burn carpets inside the shops too (those that have it). The secret shop in one of the green waterfalls in zone 3 (where you can buy your first extra bag), you can burn the carpet, and then toss a bomb to get to yet another hidden room.

I found a “fix” for this by just leaving the pad you fight the boss every time before you zone. I tend to do only the first 2 bosses and then leave. If I stay on the pad the zoom will follow me untill I restart the game, but by just going down to another pad the autozoom will not stay locked.
