I have had that same problem on my warrior.
For me it was very easy to reproduce : go do the aetherpath in twilight arbor, get to the foreman and his crew, get knocked down by one of the mobs and do not use a breakstun… then stuck. I swear, I ran this path at least a dozen times and it happened systematically.
I would have gone crazy if I hadn’t got a sword (leap on #2)

Ok this is going to sound pretty stupid, but could someone link me those stories ? I just discovered they exist but I still can’t find them on the website.
By the way I really wonder how many of the complaints on the living story being devoid of lore and, well, story, come from the fact most people expected the story to be, well, in the freaking game.

You can only receive the reward for a map completion once. It is likely that you already completed that map before the new POI was added, and received the reward at that moment.
If that is the case, then it is normal you did not receive it a second time.

Every karma vendor in Orr (Straits of Devastation, Malchor’s Leap and Cursed Shore) has these boxes.

For me the hint appeared in a pop-up when opening a daily chest, and after clicking on it it was registered as completed.
