I got bugged as well. My boyfriend and I were level 22 and we finished the quest. He got the rewards and I didn’t.
Tried re logging but it says the same thing. To read mail which there is none.
Will follow up on it when we hit level 30 and see if it doesn’t fix itself.
Makes no sense though that one character level 22 will get the rewards while the other one same level does not.
