Agreed, i would like to get one of my copper-fed’s refunded as well since the shared bags make additional items like the copper-fed fairly useless.
Would it be realistic to get a refund on such items?

I would rather not have seperated queues again since that would raise the queueing times by a lot.
Personally i actually enjoy fighting premades since you mostly get matches of better quality against teams with proper coordination.
I want to point out, that is absolutly is possible to win against premades and usually those games are the ones that have the chance of giving 2 or 3 pips.
In the team /solo q system i always queue for team queue even when i was alone as solo q was not as fun for me.

So there will be a new kind of hero points, which you can only get in HoT that you need to unlock the new stuff?

If so then i was wrong in my previous posts.

But are PvE’ers not already stockpiled on hero points from hero challenges in pve?
If so then WvW only players are at a huge disadvantage compared to them.

This is not fair at all and also not consistent.
At this rate all Hero points should be deleted/resetted with HoT and everyone should start at zero.

p.s. I am not even a wvw player anymore, im nowadays mostly playing pvp and a bit fractals.

A short cripple would also be great since that is something the mace lacks.

Just a random idea i got while being on my beta warrior.

How would it be if you could activate Berserk already at 20 addrenalin and it will only last for 7-10s (not sure what would be good) so we dont always have to build up full 30 addrenalin.
I have not tested berserker much yet but im a bit impatient to always wait for full addrenalin.

I have the same Bug i guess.
It messes up my own charachters as well as the ones of other players.
Some Armor pieces dont load correctly or additional armor pieces load but with weird colors.
My Human elementalist also randomly gets a sylvary or norn face if i open the hero panel.
Similar graphic gliches also happen on my Charr or Asura charachters. (Dont have a norn and did not play a sylvary yet)

edit: In the meantime i got the newest drivers for my graphics and had a computer restart and after restarting everything was normal.

While we indeed could use a guild it feels like we are pulling a bit together atm.
We might not be able to win this league but we are going to give a good fight for a top final position.

Besides guilds we could always need one or two additional skilled commanders to reduce the stress on our existing commanders.
I can guarantee that there is no form of internal drama or whatever regardless the comment from “The Umpire.xxxx”.
Apart from some healthy trolling, which should be normal on the internet, everyone here knows how to behave her- or himself.

My server has no issues with precious wvw spots getting lost to pve’ers that want to acces the crafting stations. But hey – im playing in bronze league.

I like to have the crafting stations in wvw, i always use them there.
Sounbds like a T1 problem to me. But the pve’ers have to queue to get to the crafting stations as well. And thats not exactly convenient.
And its only 1 map out of 4 so that makes this problem even smaller.

I like the crafting stations as they are, at least i dont have to get to pve to refine my essences of luck (And that would be way more annoying for me).

Who cares about how big the blobs are?
We get challenging fights and many lootbags.
Today DEX had a blast at Abbadons bl. We were outmanned for hours but that doesnt matter for us. Next time pls be smarter Drakkar group and dont do nothing when we have all abbadon players occupied in one keep. You had the opportunity to use that to wipe hills but decided to go for our undefended south tower (Pointwise ok but who plays for points only?) when we fought the entire abbadons exept for maybe 5-10 that was probably manning siege in hills.

I enjoy this matchup and pls keep the lootbags coming, im still waiting for another keg (last match vs drakkar i got 3 kegs but this time my luck disappeared)

There are only three Medium Populated servers. Arborstone is a country based server namely france so you probably meet many frenchies there. The other two are Vabbi and Ruins of Surmia and i would say that RoS is the more “active” server. All these three servers are in the “low” tiers in eu. Maybe some high populated server would be a good choice for you but you asked explicit for a medium one and apparently dont want to go to a high one.
So RoS is probably the most active medium server.

Looks like some rubberbanding to me, no hacking involved i think.

I dont really get the point about people running from duels. I have seen many people doing it. Loads of people from drakkar lake some of the few FoW people i met.
I have won several 1 vs 2/3 because of upscaled and incompetend players in this matchup. These people dont give a “bad impression” on the server they are on. They just suck for PvP combat but every server probably has loads and loads of these players. No point in being frustrated.

If you failed to hunt them down look on how you can improve yourself so it doesnt happen in the future again.

I can assure you that DEX never had more then 12 in this match and that was the first 30 min of reset after that we always had below 10…
We stack with only DEX and have many big charachters but we are only very few.

I would say we just learned our lesson from last time we encountered GH and did the same we experience from your side in that match. Maybe you got a bit unlucky .

Deus Ex Machina [DEX] is a pure international WvW guild. We are recruiting active WvW oriented players for non blobbing zerg fights in the open field. We can offer you a open and friendly community, daily guild raids, weekly guild missions and 3 highly trained commanders.

If you want to join us, you have to follow some rules.
(They arn’t a lot, but they are necessary for several reasons)

- Every new member is required to have TS
- New members have to agree to using Raid setup builds during official raids
- Medium armor classes are NOT allowed to official raids UNLESS permission is granted by the leader.
- Your presence is required in the official raid if you are online (8-11pm GMT+1/CET), outside those times you are free to do whatever you want.
- Food and oils (crystals/stone) are necessary, if anything get atleast the lvl 60 ones.
- Representing at least if you are with us in WvW

Normally my server has a queue on EB and 1 Bl now there are no queues. So we have less players actually playing wvw. Also this is the first time my guild ever stopped our guild raid earlier then 10pm. We did that cause it was totally no fun to lag around everywhere. Something has to be done about it as players are already stopping to pay wvw.

Especially the first world is not that hard though there is a lot trial and error in it.

I agree that it is more of a downgrade then an upgrade…but then again its not like you dont get enough bauble’s if you know where to look for them.

To be fair we thought of a way to outplay [FRS] with 5 people and the result was the supplytrapping. I think you have to agree that it was pretty effective. “Sadly” it ended in forming a troll guild but we had lots of fun doing it.

On a serious note i wish good luck to all “older” members of [FRS] and hope you have fun as well.

p.s. No offense in this post as i really like to fight [FRS] in any way that is there (no siegewars though).

Great matchup so far. The blobs were smaller then i expected them so far and we enjoyed ourselves quite a lot on Millers. No chance for DEX to whipe the Abbadon’s group though. Gl and Hf to everyone participating in this match!

Sadly we were left with 20 people at one point since half our force went to help home bl. After that point we were outmanned all the time and played even more self sacrificing :P (watercamp hint). Sadly we never got enough supplys into hills to upgrade it and now we dont have enough people to attack you anymore.

All right we [DEX] took the time to give you our view on this entire situation.
This is the opinion of more then just me. Its taken together from a few [DEX].

So here’s how the situation was like:
DeX was raiding in RoS bl during reset without badge with around 25-30 ppl, there was no queue in our bl and we had no commander for the pugs And many weren’t even on TS with DeX (we were in the public TS), there were only 35 on Ts.
DeX was managing to wipe the enemy blob(50-60) of server 1, they had a queue in our bl. They had another group of 10-15 running around. But for that much we barely managed, while all that was going on, we kept asking for a commander for pugs but no one showed up. And when Server 2 showed up with an organized group of 30-40 We had to hurriedly go and defend hills. But we were split up and wiped once. Result ? We lost both bay and hills.
So DeX put a commander with a badge for the pugs. by splitting up we managed to get our stuff back.
Here’s a small note, we only had 1 group taking back camps and most of the times the enemies had most of the camps.

But when our pug commander had to go, we were once again left with no commander for the pugs. Slowly we lost everything again, not to mention the DeX numbers dwindled down to 15-20 and we were unable to wipe their blob and their numbers didn’t die down.
And then we were being attacked at garrison from 3 sides and had to call in the help of RiOT. But they were only able to bring in 15 or so people when a queue came up. To be able to wipe the enemy zergs and retake everything, we needed 2 groups going around atleast.
So one of DeX asked non-DeX/RiOT to make slots for RiOT so we have a chance to wipe the enemy blobs and retake everything. He had also explained that we need organized groups to be able to wipe them, which is why we needed RiOT in there. By that time we had only Garrison left.
Thanks to the people who listened, RiOT was able to get enough people in and we were able to retake our whole bl. And I would like to thank those ppl who listened.

Now,
1) The Home bl is one of the maps where you fight 2 enemies at once. And the only way to defend it, especially when it’s wooden, is to having 2 Organized groups going around, if you only have 1 you WILL lose things.
I don’t think it’s wrong to ask for slots for an organized group inside the home bl. The enemy bl is an other thing though. There you are on the offense and not really defending important structures, asking for slots there IS rude.

2) RoS is a low population server, if we have a queue in 1 bl, the other ones are mostly empty. So when we asked for slots in RoS BL, they had EB (had comander), or the other 2 bl (not sure if there was commander) to go to, there were no queues there.
Now if the other 3 bl had a queue too, then I would also not find it agreeable to get ppl to leave WvW in total. Asking people to relocate to another bl should be not a crime when it’s your own bl.

3) What is loyalty ? Is it Fighting for your server, not being able to defend properly against the enemy blobs and wiping and losing important structures or is it thinking of your server and maybe relocating to another bl so a more organized can get inside. Many times I’ve changed bl without even being asked to because there’s a queue and an organized needing ppl in the bl and since I’m not running with my guild or tag, am just a random pug.

4) Just fyi, It was a DeX guy who asked for people to make slots of RiOT. So it wasn’t people looking to get people from their own guild in. But it was another guild asking slots for people from another guild so we could clean up our own bl, DeX already had all the people in the home bl and there was no queue until RiOT showed up.

5) And no we don’t think ourselves Gods or anything, but it’s a fact that an organized group can wipe enemies much more effectively than a pug group can. Even if DeX had turned on their tag and blobbed up the whole bl and had everyone listened, we would’ve still been left with only garrison because we couldn’t split up and were being attacked by 1 blob, 1 big zerg and a small group of 15. Having another organized was our only option.
That or DeX just abandons the bl so that we didn’t own everything and capped something else in another bl. because that would be more use for our manpower.

6) And Lavra please keep your bullkitten to yourself please. DeX is an original RoS guild and VcY and RiOT came here when we didn’t have anything else but, DEX, GoA and pugs, so you can’t call them bandwagoners.
And saying bad things about them without any facts or anything just because you think so is easy to do.
BNF are pansies who are unskilled for big zerg fighting so they stick with ganking upscaled and random pugs with organized groups of 4-8. It’s easy to say things like that no ? Does that make it true, you tell me.

Yes the fight for Bay was awesome. A waypoint is exactly for that moment in a fight. We were much more lucky that you decided to fight on the wall, despite the fact that you never took out our cannon. The guy on the cannon got a lot of kills. The funny thing is that this cannon whiped you twice :P
I whish we would also have more nice fights, maybe a bit smaller (lag is not everyones friend).

I can only say that UW nightpresense is impressive. We will have a lot repair bills i think if you can keep this up – we were unable to wipe your force at our garrison now we do guerrilla tactics…..

Yes we run with only guardians and warriors.

Of course we dont have that… We have similar numbers of all professions exept for medium armor classes since those are useless.

This is not entirely true. When i was commanding DeX on one of our raids this week i used plain old rams and it worked just as good as golems since you (selfstaded) dont have reliable scouts. Yes at that time we had golems at your bl but moving them is a pain and i prefer ramming over moving golems.
On the other side i have seen so many golems this week were they were just not the correct use of siege. There were many golem attacks on south tower by all the golem crazed randoms were 1 or 2 rams would have been faster/safer/cheaper/easier/and so on. In fact i havent even bought or placed a single golem since that moment the price for them went down so ridiculously (dont get it wrong im not saying we dont use golems on ros or in DeX). But im sure the era of excessive golem use will come to an end in 2-3 weeks once the prices get stable again.
If we meet a golem moving to one of our towers its not even a surprise anymore only a “oooh helloooooo golem”!

I hold great respect for your guild now after the fight, you never gave up and always went on!
And i know the first gvg can be very frustrating, we had our first last week against [Hot] and got totally beaten. We failed to even down a single of these [Hot] guys (pun intended, badum tss).
I think you did good for your first(?) try of gvg keep going and never give up

Borderlands are meant to be 2 vs 1 you have to deal with it. Its not like we never get pushed at 2 keeps at the same time from both enemies. And im sure Dz also sometimes gets pushed from Rof and RoS at the same time. Its only natural to apply more pressure on the enemy that appears weaker when the matchup is at least a bit even.
And (this is my opinion) youre not supposed to have the keep if youre not able to defend it either by siegewars or manpower/fighting skills.

Uhm you never took our border just bay and lake tower with that attack.

DeX is very grateful for the gvg against [Hot], even though you totally slapped our kitten.
It was the first time we tried to fight in a gvg like this so pls dont judge us too harshly.
I hope you had at least some fun and if not you got some loot from us ;D.

Thanks for all the fights this evening from DeX, i we had a lot of fun at our borderland and a bit too much siegewars in UW bl but hey everyone uses siege.

For us this is the worst matchup we can get because we cant get challenging fights here. I mean we want to play with our guild but then we would have a 20 man zerg that could steamroll everything FoW or Vabbi could field. So our players refuse to play. Playing would mean waiting for something to happen if all would be here. Those that are still playing are the ones that know we will loose a kittenload of rating points if we dont have enough of the map. And its the feeling of beeing forced to have to do this boring crap thats making it even worse….
I now know again why we on RoS never wanted to fall back into the pit again…

Most our ppl dont play at all right now because we cant get a challenge in this matchup… and it really is no fun for us.

Hello Fow and Vabbi after a long time.
We did not ask for this and we will probably have more people and a better coverage.
I hope to get some fights but i dont think we will get a real entertainment simply becasue we run too big groups.
Maybe we will play with upscaled to add challenge pls dont feel offended about that

First time since 2 weeks i was able to do some non wvw and get on things from a more relaxed point of view (and sleeping LOOOONG :P).
Lets see what the week brings we usually start to shine under the week. And i dont think we want to loose points (i know you understand this feeling).
