I have similar issue. I don’t see any of the gem store contents. I can’t buy gems with real money.

Around 6~7am US Central time, we heard a sudden loud music on our teamspeak.
It continued for couple of minutes and stopped. Everyone guessed that it was a troll and talked about how cool the music was. All of a sudden there was a full-blasting-volumed white noise filled our ears. There was a teamspeak user named “Recursion” who was doing this. Of course he was banned right away. And yes, it was broadcasted not only to our guild’s channel but to the whole server channel.
Many people freaked out and complained about how dirty this was.
I guess we’re glad that it wasn’t a recording of repeated horrifying screams, but come on. Be a good sport.

best is to delete his accountname (not a big issue, cause if he could posted himself he would have done ti but its not needed) and instead let him post the ticketnumber.

He can’t post it himself because he can’t login to the website. Let’s see what a dev says.

I have a friend that tried GW2 during the last Trial period and bought it after the trial was over.
After couple of days his account was suspended for an account issue.
I highly doubt that he’s done anything that would violate the User’s terms of service since I was playing with him pretty much the whole time.
He’s created a support ticket and he’s been waiting for the response for couple of days.
While he’s waiting, he wanted to post something on this forum and found out that he couldn’t login to the website. (Ticket No. : 130424-000568)
Does anybody has a similar situation after the trial period or any dev knows what’s happening here?
