Ok, now serious… 3 simple things to balance elementalist and do they much more dependable on skill (not on Tekken’s Eddy gamplay):
-All attuments have 8s global cooldown
-Ride on Lightining skill should has less range
-Signet should only heal when you land a hit (like signet of Malice in Thief)
Those changes would be best thing to bring balance to this class and none of you will change my opinion at this subject.
Elems will explain it with easy: “coz we need to press more than 2 buttons our OPness is OK.”
It’s true as my d/d elementalist I can easy win any 1vs1 just by changing elements and pressing randoms buttons from 1-5. With such a “skill” i have perma all boons, non-stop healing, high aeo dmg(even hide thief won’t run), tons of dodges, ultra condi remove, spaming with condi as chill, cripple and stunes. And what is the best in it? I have no idea from where is all thats stuff come from coz i even didnt have to read my skills! xD

Watch it and cry. You can figtht with 10+ ppl and you don’t go in stealth even once. ;D
That was a most unfair and most unlogical nerf I’ve ever seen… :P Espescialy when they put such a thing after HALF YEAR of skilling as a thief! After half year its hard to change your habits fighting in pvp and REMEBER to wait 1 more seconds to not waste your ininciative AND DIE… ARENANET- WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING?! You could give even 5seconds reaveal but not now- after I and other ppl play this game for HALF YEAR. Give me a person who bring this “brilliant” idea and I will convince him that it was the worst nerf for thief and – what is worse- FOR PLAYERS SKILLS you could ever do…

I have never done a 13k backstab or 7k with mug as thief and I am total glass cannon. How you do this???
