Hgh was deemed op when it had ZERO cc lower stats,not reliable access to protection (hint:weakness=new protection) ,less hp and no dedicated class mechanic like deathshroud to protect itself and less pressure..I think you need a reality check imho :PHGH has not been nerfed though.

Necros get nothing like this. Engis have medium armor, necros have light armor. 30/30/10 necros get little to no life force generation, even with the buff to scepter #3 and staff aa. Off hand dagger have no lf generation either.please understand what a glass condi cannon is, before you all ppl ask for nerfs.
the invuln was only op because you could use grenades in elixir s, why’d you think they all switched to elixir r when s got nerfed? you sound so desperate to be op.

Those other classes that burst the golem down that fast have to wait a bit before trying again. With the amount of conditions that necros have they can just use one more skill (scepter AA even) and bam… its gg
You act as if necro abilities don’t have cool downs. Fact is, most of them have longer than 15 second cool down. The one that has a cool down under 15 seconds only puts 3 stacks of bleeds and is attached to the worst sustaining weapon we have (staff). Oh, but thats ok if mesmers can poop out phantasms every 5 seconds, go invisible, and make themselves invulnerable while still dishing out ridiculous amounts of damage.
I’ve seen your posts before. I honestly have to say that your issue is a learn to play one. It is after all what you’ve told everyone else.

This is a condition burst and i still could have applied more conditions than I did. It’s just stupid.
Well if we take this specific situation, I’d like to point out that the only difference from a pre patch terrormancer here is burning and torment. I did similar bursts pre patch but they lasted a 1,5-2 second longer.
It’s the burning/torment/doom changes. Plus the extra 30% condition duration for getting Dhuumfire, the spinal shivers proc at 25%. The spite traitline is better than the curses traitline, the only good thing in the curses traitline is terror/weakening shroud. This in itself allows for more coverage of the bleed/burning/poison making sure it’s not cleansed first.

30/30/10 with no escapes, no dodge skills, no invul, no stealth, no vigor, no blocks, no life force generation. Yeah you are sooooo tanky!!!!
Except for the fact that you can now carry a stunbreaker, put down a spectral wall and kite through it while damaging the thief.
Burning by itself it’s not a problem at all, go to necro forums and see the math on dps from burning trait, it’s laughable.

The burning is overpowered, not the terror. Terror was fine prepatch.
That’s not what I said. There are plenty of great necromancers saying the class is too strong right now. I like to think I’m one of them.
But if someone is below 70 percentile, I’m not sure he’s fit to declare his class “so freaking overpowered.” At that level, individual skill plays a much bigger role than class mechanics.

okay we just won a tournament with 2 necros, our strat was to run around and kill stuff. Necros are op.

Suffering necro? lol, l2p. Necro’s were insanely good before the patch, that’s why nobody played them.

Necromancers were good before patch, they simply took far more skill. The biggest mistake you could make on trying to run a prepatch Necro was thinking they were good at conditions, prepatch Necromancers were terribad at them compared to other classes, however we had alot of potential in power/bunkering areas. Unfortunately, this patch is more or less for the facerolling masses that don’t know how to play. Now Necro is OP.
Add “Strength of the Underworld” to Grandmaster Spite tree.

Hey, guess what. Conditionmancer is overpowered. And I play both. Infact since the buff, I have played nonstop Terrormancer, because it’s overpowered, and easy.
Speaking of which, Strength of the Underworld wouldn’t be overpowered at all, since you’d have to decide on making your Wells stronger, or your overall weapons stronger such as Close to Death on Daggers. That trait would allow for stronger support/team play power builds. If you noticed, I also buffed Minionmancers there, and I hate Minions.

Pretty well known condi was still the favored build for necro in top tournament pvp before the patch. Every necro in the top 50 played condi for the most part. Not saying power build are not good, but your statements are just false. Btw lol at the bro comment, forgot school was out.

Ok, if necro was good before the patch, then why less top team had necro with them ? And if Terror mancer was a bad spec, why top teams run with them ?
Its not about “learn to play”, its about team requerments. Just think like this : what kind of player will you have in you team , one who is running effectevly + supports you in game and if he make misstake its not so bad or one who mb run more effectivly, but every mistake can cost you a game ?! Thats why necro was so kitten unpopular pre patch. And thats why most of necros were (are) running terror mancer.Because most of the ‘top’ Necromancers are ignorant, and run crappy builds. I have used the builds they deem good, and they are terrible. Here’s a thought, if all the bad players in the universe decide to use a meta build given out by a ‘top’ player, and that build happens to be bad. What are they going to say? Necro is UP.

necros are op yes, many people are just in denial.
Something similar happened to other utilities on other classes, it’s probably just to ensure you get the cast off.
