Great hour long battle in SM tonight guys! That was some good hardcore zerg fun. We gave it our all and had some great back and forth success but in the end SF capped it when DH hit our keep in EB. It was a lot of fun and thanks for a great week SF and DH.

You might have missed the first half then. It started as DH’s SM, SF broke down the wall, EVERYONE from both servers piled in. When ET capped it first, SF went on to cap it second. It was a total of almost 2 hours as our food went down almost twice ha ha. We also had to place a merchant in 3 different spots to merch, our bags were so full. This fight was a pretty great fight guys, we enjoyed it very much!

ET surprised me personally twice yesterday, once in the morning when you guys ninja’d SM from DH as they were hitting your keep and then your MASS numbers in SM last night and ninja’d it again right from under our noses. Ha ha. Great job everyone, DH and ET and thank you greatly for the loot!

DH must be proud that in the AM, they can pull cross swords for 3 people attacking our own keep.. then dancing on our dead bodies, and spawn camping us? Good job DH.

All the other guilds out there (CoSA, ICE, LH, ect) bring some great things to this server, and we are who we are because of the great guilds we do have here in SF. There is nothing we can do about our numbers, so the complaints about them aren’t going to change anything.

However, what could change for ET and other servers is working together. I see A LOT of ET out there running solo, not very organized. You see a group coming to push through you in battle, you scatter. You hide behind your siege and you don’t stick together as one unit. This is a big problem with ANY server. Your commander runs one way, you all run the other? How do you expect to gain any ground (with little numbers or less numbers) if even from the outside it’s noticed that you can’t seem to work together as a unified team?

I swear, if anyone from ET actually argues against this post, I’ll flip my kitten. This is the first decent piece of constructive criticism we’ve had in a long time.

Thank you. I wasn’t trying to be an kitten . I’ve seen what you guys can produce in numbers. You REALLY aren’t that low in numbers (yes, probably a lot less than us at times – but you do have a fair amount of people – we’ve seen resets against you guys). It seems like people get discouraged easily, or want to to their own thing. Maybe you have a lot of fairweather players. Who knows what the reasoning is, but it’s just sad to see your commanders going one way and other players going the other. Guess who dies first in this situation, the commander, then who is there to lead? Not all those who are running around like a chicken with their heads cut off.

Again, we’ve had some good fights this week, with or without your siege, it’s been fun.

But what happened to a group of 20 ET holding ur 50+ in front of ET Keep in EB last night with us using 0 siege and you guys throwing it when ever you can? How do you explain your disorganization? Just saying.

I bet they gonna say “Oh it was a PUG group, our guild groups are organized and blahblahblah”, then you will call them for a GvG and they will all say no because “they are PvX guilds”.

Dude, settle. I wasn’t stating that YOU said anything in specific. I’m saying that this is what has been happening since the start. Should we stop and tell people from our server to not come into WvW because we are playing ET? Use your brain, that won’t happen. Yes we have numbers, but if you run into a group of StaR, you are unlikely running into MASS numbers (unless we are running a pug group). You are running into a well thought out group of players who work well together. I’m sorry if you are being rolled over, but we aren’t about to tell half our server to stay in PvE to make ET feel better and stop complaining about our numbers.

I think in EVERY match up thread since the start of time against ET has been them complaining about our numbers and our T1 transfers. I’m still really waiting to see something new from you guys, but we never do. Also, I’m still waiting to find out who we got that were T1 transfers? I’d really like to know this so we can thank them for the lack of help they’ve been providing due to hiding in the shadows of non existence.

Great fight in ET Garrison guys! Not sure how you guys managed to come up with some much freaking supply, but it was good times!!!

To GOM and HOD in GOM BL just now, great fight outside of Greenvale! Our small numbers vs both of your huge guild zergs made for a good and fun fight!

Had fun times at Redbriar in SF BL. We held Bay for a while, and looks like we still have Briar unless it flipped before. You guys wiped quite a few times at these stairs, though you had at least 2 times the numbers… But your efforts to recap Briar were honorable. (Nice cata distraction as your golem hit the gate!) Sorry [PHZE] couldn’t cuddle with SF some more, we had to go to guild missions

Just saying, your reaction time was actually horrible. We had inner gate 95% down before even spotted and then we were in centre before your zerg came. Good times though, it was fun.

Also hello to the two guys who just tried for AR Keep while I was AFK responding to this post… again sorry about your luck. You can’t even pull it off while we defend SM or are fighting the grub. Keep trying however.. I find it kind of cute.

You know DH and NSP could try a little harder to hide their little love affair. I mean really when DH and NSP are both in the ruins and one server is at one side the other is at the other and SF is in the middle and both servers are only attacking SF makes it kind of obvious. Just sayin…

I’m pretty sure this is defiantly what Arena Net had in mind for WvW.

Nice fight at Bay to ISJ just now.. and nice little hiding spot in the water by my little Mesmer friend. I assume you got excited when you saw me swim by, however it was just a TINY glimpse of red that caught my eye.

All this complaining about numbers isn’t anything we aren’t used to. Let me assure you, we’ve had no transfers in or out of our server in a very long time. ET and FC had many transfers including large guilds such as AGG and VK (whom I understand have left) but SF has had none.

You can complain all you like about our “tactics” or “lack there of” however in the end, whether it’s tactics or sheer numbers we are beating you guys. It’s already been said but on opening night; when you were winning you were all in here saying “good fights” but once the tables turn all that you want to do is cry your crocodile tears. Listen I get enough of those from my teenager at home; I don’t play a game to hear them there as well.

Complain all you’d like about our “Golem Rush” but really in the end EVERYONE has the ability to utilize these tools that we are using. We aren’t like pulling some blue prints out of our butts that you don’t have the ability to obtain. We are using the TOOLS given to us by ANET. So really if you have an issue with the Siege available in this game maybe you should start complaining to Anet not us.

In the end whether we stay in T7 or move up in the next week or two, we definitely did not belong in T8. (I mean winning each week by 200+k shows that) We are here and we are staying as long as it takes us to move up to the next tier.

So you have two choices; you can sit back and you can let us walk all over you to get us out of your tier; maybe take up some fractals or some temple runs while you wait for this to happen OR you can fight us. You can make us WORK for our move to the next tier but really, no matter how you look at it there are NO OTHER OPTIONS.

Sir doesn’t fly with me.. try Miss next time. And the drugs I’m on that are making me see things are clearly not there. Here is a little shot of what we just played with in multiple areas of EB just before reset. Now whether or not Ferg’s feels like they can do a major come back in such a short time; who knows. Good try guys however there were more than double our numbers in some area’s and they still couldn’t manage to take Bravost from us.

Now this shot maybe just one of those “5 vs 10” fights someone has mentioned above, however it does show that at no point are Ferg’s below zerging on a smaller group than their own.

Honestly, to me this is a lot of crying for nothing. There was a time when SF was loosing terribly. I mean HORRIBLY to the point we didn’t want to log on. What did we do? We started communicating with other guilds in our area’s inside and outside of PvP to find others who had interest in making SF a GREAT server. We all had options to transfer out when it was low for us, and we decided we wouldn’t take the cheap way out and do that, we’d work for what we wanted.

I’ve seen MANY red zergs, numbers that outrank some of our zergs in the recent weeks. The problem I see isn’t lack of people on the defenders sides, it’s lack of communication, it’s lack of proper gear, and it’s lack of honestly in my opinion the will to succeed.

If you want to zerg then stick together. I see all these ET’s and FC’s in their zergs where numbers match ours a lot of the time, half of them charge the other half scatter. How are you going to accomplish anything if you don’t stick together?

Stop crying about free siege in the jumping puzzle. There are OTHER ways to get siege. If you don’t know how, use the wiki to figure it out. We aren’t going to “hand” over free siege. That is like giving a spoiled bratty child who isn’t getting their own way a cookie that they are crying over in the first place.

We don’t want to run in and take all your keeps and towers without a fight. That isn’t fun for us either. However I also hate to say that if we re-arranged the tiers that ET and FC are probably still going to get it handed to them any way.
