Warrior is my most played class, and I want to be able to use all the weapons as I see fit, but I feel like there’s something about maces that I feel like I’m missing. The auto chain doesn’t seem like it works well with the other skills. The final hit is where the main effect is, but it seems weird for it to be reliant on that when every other other skill is based around countering and interrupting. I feel like if I use the other skills at appropriate times, the chain becomes useless because I have to keep interrupting it before it gets to the final hit that has the weakness and most of the damage.
I completely agree with you about the timing. Scarlet’s invasions being every hour on the hour was a really smart decision. With Tequatl’s fights being strictly timed just like her invasions, I can’t think of any reason they wouldn’t have been able to do it again. There’s only so much time in the evening to play games, and all the waiting to have a chance at the big promoted event was a huge turn-off for me.
Thanks for that. Yeah, whenever i was in combat, the GPU usage stayed near 100%. I guess that settles it. Are there any settings to turn down things that are CPU-intensive, or is this something that can be helped with the ingame settings?
Hey kirito, I just tried that test for myself because I’ve been wondering the same thing, and the result I got was that in a given spot my fps on Native was 27, on Supersample was 16, and on Subsample was 39. So that means that upgrading my GPU should get better performance then? Is 11-12 fps between each setting the difference that there should be, or should it be more than that?
Edit: I just went to a different spot in the game and tried it again, and Subsample didn’t seem to have an improvement over Native there. Maybe it’s my CPU and GPU then. My computer is really old after all.

I’m a little annoyed that the reward was in a chest. Couldn’t it have been sent through the mail like the Mad Memories were?
I’m trying out a bleeding-focused build, and I know that a sigil of earth stacks with the 33% bleed on crit trait, but I’m not sure if two sigils will stack with each other.
I wen’t to Lion’s Arch to look at the dungeon rewards for the first time, and I notice that every tab has each set of weapons and armor repeated three times with identical stats. Is there only supposed to be one level of weapons/armor offered per type, and it’s just listing them too many times, or are the weapons supposed to be offered at varying levels?
Also, the non-exotic armors look identical across every dungeon when previewed. Are they supposed to be like this, or should they have unique looks too?
I was doing a dungeon for the first time the other day, and we ended up leaving to get some more players after some had to leave. Then when we reentered, it remembered our progress. How exactly does it work for remembering your dungeon progress? I was under the impression from asking players that you couldn’t leave a dungeon and come back to it later without starting over.
I just played the “Time for a Promotion” scene in the Blood Legion arc where you decide to start rebuilding your warband in earnest. I had played that story in the beta, and after deciding what to do with Steelbane, I had to talk to Rytlock, and he would tell me about Fyon the Wraith and Soure Doomsday and give me a choice of who to recruit. When I played it now, the scene immediately ended after dealing with Steelbane. Rytlock had mentioned Fyon and Soure, but didn’t say anything about them and told me he’d give me a briefing later. Meanwhile, my personal story changed to “The End of the Line” and told me to find Fyon, yet I hadn’t been offered a choice between the two of them yet. I’m not sure if there’s been a bug that decided my story branch without asking, or if the design of the story changed from the beta.
I just tested this compared to a human Guardian, and the bug still occurred, but the difference was much smaller. It seems to be a problem relating to the size of the Guardian’s character model.
EDIT: I was also able to get this to happen with the Protector’s Strike mace skill. I didn’t have another player to compare it to, so I used the circle under a waypoint for a point of reference. This is on the second (asura version) and third (charr version) attached screenshots.
