Inventory window keeps resizing

To add a little information: When this bug happens to me, the inventory screen is usually 1 tile narrower than I last left it. This is most noticeable when you have your window set to 10 slots wide and all 20 slot bags, because it both adds the scroll bar and doesn’t end on an even number. This could be related to whatever bug causes the icon offset bug (which presents like it could be a rounding error). In that bug, two seemingly random adjacent rows (repeated every 10 rows) have their icon offset 1px down, and two seemingly random adjacent columns (repeated every 10 columns) have their icon offset 1px to the left.

Regarding OP’s bug, my UI window occasionally restores at 1 slot too few, and seems like it can be compounded over several iterations of whatever the trigger is. Trigger may be related to viewing the currency screen, or closing the inventory on the currency screen, etc. I haven’t reliably narrowed it down yet.

We’ve gotten Trillia 2/2 times doing an Easy bounty.

Treks work great if the number of people participating is less than or equal to the number of locations, and you’re organized enough to make sure that each person go somewhere unique. Aiming for cycles of players equal to half the number of locations is easiest. It sounds like a giant pain when that isn’t the case. But removing commendations would be an awful idea, because as it stands that would mean one of your limited opportunities to get commendations each week would be further reduced when you rolled Trek. You’d need to also remove them from the rotation for that to make any sense.

Our biggest issue has been getting Guild Rush to work properly. How it behaves when there is an existing rush going on is unclear. Does anyone have more information on how Guild Rushes work when another guild is running one?

My guess so far, based on only a couple attempts: If you come upon an active rush, and then activate Your Guild’s rush mission, then only players who interact with the banner to start a trial after you initiated the mission will count towards your success. If enough people (who began it since you triggered your guild’s mission – not just since the current guild mission started) successfully complete the Rush during the time frame Your Guild’s rush is active, then your guild is considered to have succeeded. If you try to trigger your mission at the same time another guild starts theirs, if you’re not fast enough you may miss the start of first wave of attempts (even if just by seconds), meaning the event counter won’t reflect all of the success that count for you, and you’ll need to make sure extra people make it though. Oh, and I’ve never seen the end chest spawn if another guild’s mission was active in the world.

Any insights people might have about how Guild Rush success and credit is working would be appreciated.

To add some information to this one – it seems that each time I zone, which columns and rows are affected is different, but it doesn’t change while I’m on the map, and the are always adjacent to each other.

North Wind collection error

In The North Wind collection, Machined Warhorn shows up twice. Once where it belongs, and once where the Tempest’s Shoulder Armor unlock is supposed to go.

The tooltip corresponding to the slot that is supposed to be the Tempest’s shoulder armor correctly indicates how to unlock the armor (complete the elite spec), but it has the wrong name and icon, and completing the elite spec does not unlock it despite the correct tooltip hint.

daily acheivement points missing

I don’t have a good idea on when people might start getting close to this limit, but just in case – How many achievement points have you gotten from doing Dailies total? Are you anywhere near the limit of 15000 for your monthly and daily AP?

Just spitballing – Are you sure that you bought them? The wiki has this warning: “Cultural armor skins unlocked through the personal story or the removed PvP reward system do not progress the achievements.” Are you sure you bought all the pieces, and didn’t just unlock the skin of one of them through the old PvP wardrobe system? I imaging you verified that all the pieces you expect to have unlocked show up in your wardrobe.

Not sure offhand what other chests award experience on opening, especially experience comparable to that of a dungeon reward chest. Do you think the dungeon reward chests are behaving as intended when they can be used to advance the mastery track in a different part of the game? Probably not. Can it be argued that doing this gives an advantage? One could try to make that argument. Thus exploit, though only mildly so, as you still have to do the dungeons; it’s not like you’re being rewarded for content you didn’t do, you’re just (in a sense) being given the wrong reward for said content.

Apparently, during Beta, it was possible to apply the experience rewards from doing dungeons to Maguuma Jungle masteries by waiting until you returned to Maguuma Jungle to open the bouncy chest.

Item inventory images don’t line up properly, depending on where in the UI they are located.

Bank and inventory behaviors seem to be different, but are separately reproducible.

For Inventory, consistently the 3rd and 4th, 13th and 14th, 23rd and 24th, etc item from the left side of the window has its inventory icon offset left 1px, and overlaps the border. Consistently, the 10th and 11th, (and probably 20th and 21st, etc) item from the current top of the view port are offset down 1 px. Thus, an item in the 3rd column and 10th row is offset both down and left, completely overlapping the item rarity border. Resizing the inventory window obviously changes which item is in the position in question, and the behavior remains consistently the 3rd and 4th column and 10th and 11th row.

For Banks, the pattern appears to be different. I have attached an image of the 2nd bank tab, demonstrating the behavior.

The pixel offset is quite jarring because in many cases it covers up the brightes part of a ~1.5px wide line indicating rarity, though it is obviously just cosmetic. Hopefully just a small rounding error that can be fixed.

I am quite sure this is not new.
