Guild Wars 2

Same here. Keeps saying the world is full whether I use the portal or talk to the NPC.

Found this out by accident today

Press the left mouse button down
drag the mouse a little
right btn down
left btn up
left btn down
right btn up

You should now have a visible cursor while holding down the left button which you can drag off the gw2 game screen onto a secondary monitor. Once the mouse is over there, clicking will minimize gw2.
