Not sure if this is the right place to post or not, sorry if its not. I had my phone reset and lost my mobile authenticator not knowing what to do created a ticket thinking ok a day or so to fix it. GM Apex emailed my back 28 minuets later all taken care off. Now if only my phone support was this fast. You guys / ladies are the best. Thanks so much.

I ran the -repair it did not find any problems that I can see and it downloaded nothing. Thanks for giving me some advice on this problem sirsquishy.

The Observatory in EotM for some reason puts my gpu at 100% and 1 fps 75% of the time. I do full zerg fights in WvW no problem even world boss fights I’m fine. Just cant figure out why EotM Observatory is the only place this happens. Any ideas why just one spot in the game would do this? Thanks

Forgot to add when this happens after a couple minuets the screen goes black and I have to reset my computer I can not alt – tab out or anything.

I’m trying to remove 2 sigil’s from a staff a bought in WvW with gold and badges. It will not let me salvage it with a black lion salvage kit so how do I remove the sigils ? Thanks in advance for any help.

We just killed the last boss in AC path 1 waited around for 5-10 minuets and no popup reward. Did not skip no mobs killed everything. When I looked at the top right where the quest is it still said search for the Patriach.

When I try to do the event in queensdale right by the bridge I get

I hit ok it says

Not Found

I hit ok and keep playing got it 10 times already.
