Having not played GW1, I can’t say. But did A.net implement similar restrictions on farming in that game? If not, we’re seeing something new, and similar to DIII.
same restrictions were in guild wars 1, they brought them over.
if you are having problems earning money, go to the low level (10-15 zones). The low level crafting mats have made me over 30 gold and my highest level character is level 48.
You do know that you can get exotics for very little, right? It doesn’t require a ridiculous amount of time like you imply it does. A full set of exotics can be crafted, bought off the TP… or you could buy a set off a vendor for 8g 88s.
Of course its easy!
According to you, I suck at this game and Im already fully geared.
If I can do it, any noob can.But this isn’t about how easy it is to attain Exotic gear, this is about how people keep thinking rares and exotics are the samething only one looks better.
I don’t know anyone who thinks that. Exotics have the best stats, over rares. It’s only Legendary quality that has the same stats as exotic.
WvW is a part of the actual “world” of guild wars. It’s part of the universe as a place of limbo-esq that has an effect on Tyria. For example the bonuses earned in WvW for crafting, gathering, xp, karma, ect are all granted in the PvE zones as well. They aren’t as separate as you think, but rather WvW is more like an extension of PvE.

I don’t think you can individually scale any window besides the mini map, but there is an option for overall UI scaling in the general options. I believe it’s a drop down menu that asks you what size you want.
Not guild halls per say, but guilds can currently capture keeps, towers, and castles in World vs World. While under the control of your guild your guild banners are displayed for all to see, and any buffs you might have from guild influence are granted to nearby allies.
